The hotel is right on the edge of the lake. Quite downtown. Breakfast is relatively simple because it was still being renovated when I went there. Breakfast is only in a small room with limited seating and is average. However, there is free afternoon tea in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very simple. Overall is good.

The hotel is newly renovated and the interior decoration is very modern! The room is also very new, clean and tidy! The coffee is also super good! ! ! Very nice hotel, can't fault it. But the city of Burlington is cold and fun, passing by and staying for one night is enough.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the most central shops and restaurants. There are various kinds of food, most of them are walking. Some old buildings are beautiful and there is a park. In addition, the hotel is only a few minutes away from the lake. View, there is a children’s museum by the lake, and you can go on a yacht. Every Friday night, there is a lobster buffet on the yacht. Living here is a very good choice for families and individuals.

Inside is great. Outside and in entrance area: a lot of construction and improvements being made. Not insurmountable but made for difficult entry to premises. Front doors not working yet. Entry was a bit tricky. Elevators also not all working yet. Finding this Hilton property at night was ridiculous. There was no lit sign across the front area (overhang) saying "Hilton"-- it was just a black mass in the dark-- and we passed it by twice. Looked like an apartment complex. The little signs planted into the grass outside were totally un-seeable in the dark. We had to call the hotel to find out which building was theirs. Parking area also confusing. Tiny signs directing you into hotel. Also easy to miss. Little sign hanging near door leading to hotel. Parking level signage needs improvement. Hard to see and difficult to tell what level was what-- faded numbers on wall, poor signage on the way up. Other than that, the rooms, beds, pillows, shower, all perfect. Nice amenities in the halls: a complimentary coffee/tea machine available at all times. Super clean space. I'm sure once all the improvements are completed this will be a truly wonderful place to stay. Their cafe will be open very soon!

We’ve stayed here several years in a row. It’s been great to see the improvements in the facilities – especially the gym and the pool. My biggest complaint are the dining options. They no longer offer a buffet breakfast. Instead they give you a $10 voucher, which only covers a muffin and a juice since they significantly up charge each of the items. It really feels like nickel and diming and is at odds with the rest of the facility. Same as true for the dining options – ridiculously expensive, which is hard to get away with when there are so many different options within walking distance. I also wish that housekeeping would check on amenities within the hotel room – whether the hairdryers working or whether the pumps in the shower are still working. But these complaints are universal issues among hotels.

This was a very nice hotel right on the lakefront. We loved the complimentary snacks and beer at the welcome reception. That was fun! The restaurant is being re-done so the dining options were not ideal and there was a cafe that we were not sure was yet open or not. The pool and hot tub were super nice and the room was very comfortable and clean. My biggest complaint was the t.v. We were looking forward to watching a movie for the one night we were there on Netflix. Turns out our t.v. was not set up with wifi and upon asking the front desk we were told they were working replacing all the t.v.s and didn't get to our yet. So we thought we'd watch regular t.v. The guide was not working and the t.v. was extremely glitchy. Hard to watch anything when every minute or so, it froze up. So that was a bummer for our plans. The other complain was banging and loud vibrations from people working outside at 7 a.m. near our room's window. Too early for that! I'd stay here again and hope for a room with an upgraded t.v. and maybe stay on an upper floor to avoid construction noise.

Lots of hidden fees, food was horrible, room was super noisy, right next to an awfully squeeky elevator door that opened and closed every 5 minutes.

I don’t like that they have back my 200 for incidentals and the very next day took $93 from me. I’ve been there plenty of times they never did it once they did it. This time wasn’t happy with it. I will not be returning to this place ever again.

The gym was absolutely amazing! I brought my kids and we worked out for an hour. They had the long heavy ropes, 11 cardio machines, a deadlift/bench/squat machine, monkey bars, punching bag, adjustable weighted pull downs, kettle bells, dumbbells up to 70 lbs, medicine balls, step up platform, rope climbers, various bars and plates, and a trampoline - WOW!

The place is under construction. The "bar" is a makeshift conference room. It was very bright, and there were plastic tarps around the ceiling area. Otherwise, it was fine, but visually, it looked terrible. It would have been nice to know before I booked.

Slammed with $29 "resort fee" that we didn't want, need, or know about. Happy hour was sad, service person grouchy, cleaning up the leftover crumbs 15 minutes before it was over, etc. Maybe nicer after renovations complete.

Find somewhere else to stay. I had a city view room directly, or the city view, apparently means looking straight onto a multistoried car park. People coming and going out of the car park could see straight into my room. If the room is not Lake facing, then it simply feels like an ordinary room in an ordinary hotel, and therefore $400/price charged is an extortionate price to pay. There is also mandatory facilities fee which is completely unreasonable, especially in deep winter where including a bike rental in that fee is useless as your can’t go cycling in deep snow. Not worth the money.

Expensive for a small room. Comfortable bed. Nice view. Skip the breakfast option. Property is not secure, easy for people to be wandering around unnoticed. Note: it's in the middle.of renovations.

The 1 queen size bed with a city view was super small nothing like the room it showed when reservation. The city view was the top of parking garage and surrounding hotel rooms.
