Worst stay of my entire Korea travels by far. They do not provide what they claim to offer, nor do they care about customer service. The staff are all young, disinterested, and couldn't care less about their guests. Korean beds are not exactly comfortable but these are made utterly horrendous but the fact that you can feel the spring coils poking you through the mattress. It is like trying to sleep on a jagged rock. The room is tiny, we could barely cram our luggage in there, let alone open it. While they are located near Nampo metro station, unless you have business in Nampo it isn't the most ideal area to stay in. You are far from most attractions and will be spending a lot of time on transit. Being near the fish market also means the entire neighbourhood reeks of fish. Having lived in Korea, I knew this about the area but was willing to compromise location because of what they said they offered in facilities. My biggest issue is the fact that they state that they have a kitchen, and they do in fact have a kitchen but guests are not allowed to use it!! Why advertise a kitchen under facilities if it is irrelevant to the customer because they can't cook in it? Would you list that you have a pool and then tell guests it is just there to look at? And there are no signs in the kitchen stating you can't use it, there are signs saying ”Shared space. Please clean up after yourself', indicating you can use the kitchen. We specifically booked here for the kitchen and bought groceries and then were told we couldn't use the kitchen. No real reason given other than guests can't use the kitchen and the staff take no responsibility for the fact that they advertise a kitchen and are misleading guests. I wasted money on groceries and a more expensive accommodation than I needed to just to be able to cook in the kitchen. The staff also wouldn't give me contact information for an owner/manager of the hostel so that I could try to get this issue addressed!! Stay anywhere else!

The location is located at BIFF Plaza in Mapo-dong. The location is great, and the price is the price of a homestay. It feels like a 5-star hotel🤭 All washing supplies, bath towels, slippers, bathrobes, etc. are provided. The most surprising thing for me is the facial cream. Also available. It is located in the city center, but the room size is really larger than expected, ✨✨and the bathroom and toilet are separate✨✨, which is really surprising, because most accommodation places in Korea are also separated from dry and wet areas🫢 . Although there are no services or breakfast provided, for the price and location, there is really nothing to fault ❤️ The room I stayed in today is a double bed room. The two walls of this room are glass windows 😍😍 and you can see the Busan Tower, which is really unique. And several of the glass windows can be opened and closed. The hotel has thoughtfully installed anti-mosquito nets, and there is a small terrace outside. It is really unique, because generally the windows cannot be opened and closed with such glass curtain walls. .

Wow, this Lushan Hotel is great. The details and the boss are full. Every link. Spotless, neatly arranged, the spacing of the toiletries bottle and the logo orientation are the same. Take me upstairs and tell me to use an electric bed. I am afraid that I am cold. Now the bed is hot; then pointing out the window and telling me that I saw the Longtou Mountain Busan Tower. I proudly said that the location of this room is very good; I found mineral water and juice in the small refrigerator, and there were masks, toner, lotion. . . The room had a TV, computer, safe, charging cable, air conditioning and electric fans. The point is here. This room is more than 200 RMB a night, and it can be cancelled free of charge 24 hours in advance after booking. [Grin][Grin]

The room was large and it was convenient to have another room small. There was also a bathtub in the bathtub and the toilet was away, so the vicinity of the toilet was not rusty. It was still good if there was a bath towel and a bath mat. I was worried that toothpaste was shared. I think I would choose a person to stay together because the bathroom and toilet were partially clear with glass. I was a little worried that the bed was hard, but the pillow was soft and I could sleep well. The air conditioner remote is integrated with the TV remote. (I read it first in the review and I will write it as well because it was helpful) The location was very good and I was able to enjoy Busan.

I booked for 2 rooms, one is double bed room while another one is triple bed room. I feel very satisfied with the service especially the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel that their staff are quite good in English, better than many other people I met in Busan. Their free breakfast is the best, even though we need to cook ourselves, but it provides an opportunity for us to make friends with others tourists. We use the kitchen facilities to preheat our dinner which bought from LOTTE MART. I will give a 5 star rate for this hotel.

We booked for 3 nights for a Triple Room. It has excellent location, very close to the subway entrance (elevator between exit 3 & 5, the closest exit is exit 15 through underground shopping or you can also use exit 1, both only stairs). There's also a Lotte mall close by, Jagalchi fish market, BIFF Square etc. When i arrived around 8.30 p.m. the front door was already locked with the light turned off. Thankfully i read that you can go inside through the back door at night (there's passcode). Since i don't know the passcode yet i had to contact the host Maria who's really helpful! The room isn't that big, but enough for us who mostly use it for sleep only. Wifi is ok, sometimes it's hard to connect. Private bathroom, the towel is small and they gave us a lot (seems like you should only use it one time and change to another towel everytime?). Didn't try the breakfast as we went out early before breakfast time. All in all it was nice!

This was my first time traveling to Busan alone. At that time, I had no sense of direction, so I read the reviews and said that it was close to the station, and it was quite close, so I decided to stay here this time. That's right, if you come out of Nampo Station Exit 7, you can see it diagonally to the right. I had asked for a room with a good view in advance and was given a room on the top floor (10th floor) with a view of Busan Tower. There is also an elevator. The room was clean, but there was a little pink mold on the hand soap and some rust, but it didn't bother me at all, so that was expected. There are no amenities such as toothbrushes or combs, so it is better to bring your own. There were no bath towels, but I only had 4 face towels because I was there for 2 nights. There is a hair dryer. Two bottles of mineral water are frozen in the refrigerator. (I don't drink.) Aren't you cold with just a thin comforter? I thought so, but instead of using the built-in heater, I turned the dial on the wall next to the TV (in my room) to warm it up. The floor was also warm. The water pressure was weakened and the temperature dropped a little during the process, but it didn't turn into water, so this was to be expected. There was a mirror in the room, but it was too dark to see, so I took it off and used it. The location is good, and Jagalchi Market, Gukje Market, shopping, Busan Tower, and CU convenience stores are all within walking distance. I didn't check the toilet, but it was flushing. If you flush too much, it will get clogged. The room may be on the small side, but it was just right for me. I was very satisfied and would like to stay again next time. I took a video of the room, but I didn't have any photos, so I'll post the view from the room.
