The room turned out to be a tiny closet 6m², not 15, like was in the offer. Thin walls, fan and other ambient and guests noises. Ants inside. I came at 1.30 and was told to wait 30 minutes until 2 sharp 'due to the regulations ', although the room was ready. This was my first time I was demanded to wait till 2.00 to check in when I arrived a few minutes earlier. The staff was nice and the place is beside SM Mall. One can find this kind of service for a lower price. Never gonna stay there again.

I booked a room good for 5pax but when we checked in, the frontdesk said the price was just good for 3pax. I was disappointed then because it did not met the actual pax needed and we need to pay more for additional 2pax. I wish next time there should not be any hidden terms upon booking. Also, free water should be ready in the room before the guests's check in.

Still, it is one of the good choices in Butuan City. Room space is enough for me as a traveler. Checking in and checking out goes smoothly and very quickly. The room is clean. The hotel location is near the services, but still quiet for sleeping.

Wonderful place to stay. Just a brisk walk away from SM City. Great place. Super approachable owner. Pretty decorations. Clean nice room. Wifi was abit struggle but overcame it.
