The bath tub must be fixed and replaced. It couldn’t drain the water after shower and it’s rusted. Overall, it was ok . Breakfast was alright but not great

This was a quick last minute grandma granddaughter(3) outing. Our stay was very relaxing. Check in was quick, easy and clean. The elevator could of used a good cleaning. We went down for breakfast at 8am. I was able to scrape enough sausage gravy from the crock pot for my biscuit...people that came in after asked for more gravy and it was wheeled out on a utility cart in a open bowl with nothing to keep it warm.

When I arrived late in the evening, my room was not cleaned from the previous person. It was a huge turn off to the place. The front desk person didn't apologize, just told me that the room showed it was cleaned that day. He did move me to another room. It was clean, but the 4 pillows on the bed were 12x12" square pillows. I had to pile them together to make one pillow. Not a great experience.

Excellent hotel! Highly recommend! I stayed here for almost a month over the holidays and I was quite impressed ... Always clean and maintained ... Staff were friendly and attentive ... Excellent breakfast buffet! They were always accommodating!

The room was decent and somewhat clean, but the bed was awful. It was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast had a good variety, but the food was lukewarm. Most likely will not stay here again. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

We booked two of these rooms for our Christmas vacation because it had a hot tub and sona room we got here got checked in and found out when we went down to the pool room the hot tub was covered over and the sona room was nailed shut!! Very disappointed!!

Awesome staff very friendly and was greeted with a smile when checking in. Comfortable beds and quiet peaceful rooms. Breakfast needs improving sausage wasn’t cooked and eggs were stale. Coffee was good

Completely suitable for a quick business trip. Only two minor complaints: 1. There was a large gap between the door of the room and the floor so there was a lot of hallway noise intruding when other guests entered/left their rooms. 2. Someone was clearly smoking/vaping in another bathroom and their fumes were carried into the bathroom through the vent.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The morning breakfast was pretty good also. our only beef was the noise from the nearby freeway. I would stay here agian.

Check in staff was very friendly. I was a bit surprised at the interior of the place-hallway, walls, carpet...in process of remodeling?

No vents in the restrooms & mattress was like a rock. I couldn’t sleep & caused a back ache from being so hard. Dirt outside front of tub. Just wanted a vent for odors in bathroom.

Overall the experience was really good. I will say though our carpet in our room was pretty stained. And my husband was disappointed that the TV never connected and worked.

The stairwell floors needed be mopped. The water in pool was very cool. The beds are comfortable and the fridge works great. Quiet place.

The entire floor reeked of ****. Not family friendly and so wrong because I was traveling with little kids. When I say reeked the smell got into my room. Bugs in the bathroom. Would not stay here again or recommend.
