The check in starts at 3. No English tv channels, the room was dated and old, used mattress with a small pillow and nosie from "the night club" prevented us from sleeping. Many people in the pool who were not the guests. The pool, gym and spa are open to the public. The pool is 25 m but to swim is only 20m. The jacuzzi is tiny and the open at 9am. No air con in the room. You will get 1 small shower gel for you entire stay and if you above average size you won't fit in the shower. The town is so small and is a15 min walk that there is no need to come here in first place. 2 stars only because the food was nice.

Very nice hotel, with small but enough swimming pool, tasty food in restaurant with smiling and friendly staff. Great idea was tu put children inside playground next to restaurant, so after children finish their food they go to play and parents can enjoy cup of coffee or a drink ;)

Location, restaurant, parking and entertainment great! However, the bed creaks and there are somewhat hard mattresses (subjective). Food was great, decent selection. Otherwise, everything is fine. Pavel

It is a nice hotel with good breakfast, clean rooms and possibility to have Spa and a good swim. It is not to far to walk to Polanica centrum either. If I should say something negative, it would be that there was several rooms that was under reconstruction and we did not know that before we arrived. The playing room (Pool/biljard and table tennis) was not the best. I have no trouble with using this hotel again later.

Very nice hotel with swimming pool and saunas. Tasty food , peace and quiet. I usually use it when I am on a business deleagation in the region. Very nicely located, friendly and professional staff. Unfortunately in high season the prices go up a lot, but it is a holiday resort, basically a spa with spring water. excellent place for relaxation as well as for business trips.

Hotel is modern, clean, wellness is great, but there is nové privite room with whirlpool and sauna, only public. Hotel staff are very kind. The city od Polanica is very nice and night walking was very romantic. Thank you for accomodation

Very nice and very comfortable hotel. Everything new, clean, luxurious. Polish cuisine was very appetizing and interesting. We have spent here a couple beutiful days. Polanica -Zdroj is really nice town.

This hotel provides everything you need for spending nice holiday. Lovely staff is always ready to assist when you need. We enjoyed excellent breakfast with variety of food and everyone would certainly choose. Room was clean, good size for a week stay. Swimming pool availability anytime helped with our relaxation.

The hotel is nicely located - just the right distance to the "city center" after a heavy meal:)) Rooms equipped with all the necessary staff, quite clean. Meals excellent - in my opinion the biggest advantage of that hotel. Variety of food, fresh and enough for everyone. What's more - coffee available with all the meals, not only breakfast, unlike in other hotels. Strongly reccommend.
