My boyfriend and I got the couples special package that comes with a "senses massage", free usage of the hot springs and other pools, food and drinks. We were tourists, foreigners, and we didn't get A SINGLE TOWEL. Not even the most expensive package came with something so simple as a towel as courtesy for you to dry yourself. Funny thing is that we asked if they rented towels or something, but they only SOLD THEM. What were we supossed to do with the towel after we left? Why not renting it? or having it as a courtesy for the packages they have that are most expensive? We paid over $100 for the day pass couples package and weren't given a simple towel or anything for drying ourselves. There is nothing in their website that says "bring your own towel" or something of the sort. The place was nice and all but not having some basic necessities for guests was a definite no no for us.

no wifi service in the room. The office personnel not helpful at all . they make thier own schedule for the facility. The location is very good but awful management. There are other thermals that are much friendly and better run hotel.

El sitio es bonito. No me gusto que han deforestado mucho hacia el lado del spa, cerca del arroyo y por el lado de donde esta el nacedero. Lo atractivo del lugar es su vegetacion. En cuanto a la comida es aceptable. A veces hay mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas.

El lugar es bonito, bien mantenido y el agua bueno y caliente. El baño turco no es sufficient caliente. Un gran error es la música que es pesada y demasiado subido, casi insoportable. Que lastima, porque venimos para relajar.

El lugar es chevere para un rato la verdad lo mas recomendable es almorzar antes de entrar hay restaurantes buenos fuera del lugar cerca al pueblo.En mi experiencia cuando llegamos el datafono no funcionaba y ya habia pasado la transferencia de hecho ya aparecia el descuento en la cuenta y esperamos como 40 minutos y nada las personas de atencion al cliente no respondian nada. En fin.

El peor servicio, la peor comida, a mi hija le pasaron una hamburguesa recalentada, seca, salada, pésimos qué la cambiaran y la pasaron cruda. A mi un bagre crudo y todo frío. Pedimos hablar con el administrador y mando la razón que no salía. RECOMIENDO NO IR NO PIERDAN SU DINERO NI SU TIEMPO

Pésimo lugar, no son selectivos con el personal, no atienden en las dos tiendas, no son selectivos con las personas que entran al lugar, dejo de ser un lugar familiar, el dialecto que se escucha en el lugar es pésimo, todo es demasiado costoso, no vuelvo a ese lugar, quedó totalmente desepcionada, el lugar desmejoró demasiado.

El sitio en cuanto instalaciones tiene una buena calificación, pero lo mas importante que es el servicio PESIMO la atención, el respeto que brindan, el orden que tienen es terrible, no entregan las comidas completas y a gusto y no responden. No tienen el suficiente personal de logística para manejar la cantidad de gente que dejan ingresar porque dejan entrar bastante gente sin control y sin ver como se llenan las instalaciones para poder disfrutar.... Las comidas bastantes costosas y de mal gusto, las sirven frías y crudas que es lo peor. Triste porque se pago un plan para 124 personas y todo el día fue solo problemas e inconvenientes con el personal que trabaja allí.
