The staff were friendly and good. The location and the view wasn't that good, my shower was broken but the staff came to fix me as soon as I complained. The water was cold so that's a minus point and it was going under construction so a bit noisy.

Despite some construction works in the main entrance hall, the room is quite convenient. Problem was tv and music switched on by hotel workers very early in the morning

When I arrived at the hotel I didn't find my booking!
Trip.com assistance helped me out in a few seconds.
Front desk 🥹
Wasn't helpful at first but then all was good.
The reception manager was of great help.
Underrated 👌
The hotel, the rooms, and the staff are underrated.
I only payed $10 per night, and I think it deserves more.

If you're planning to stay in Center Cairo, this hotel is in the center of Ramsis Square, with all transportation options around. It's even a good cheap option for near-airport stay.

The hotel is really a difficult to find, and not in a great place. Saying that, it was a lovely hotel with lovely staff. Its just a shame about the location.

The hotel doesn’t look good from outside, location is no that good but convenient. Most of the staffs are good, especially front desk Ahmad, Asma & shahar were very helpful & friendly. The restaurant guy Hamdi was the best, good attitude & always smiling. Housekeeping guys are no good at all , cleaned my room two times in 10 days.The hotel’s elevators are very dangerous & they need to fix it immediately. Overall experience was not that bad .
