Best Western Cambridge

Friendly staff. Breakfast was limited. No coffee at first, but arrived half hour late. Kind of older, but clean enough...functional. cracker barrel is a plus

The first room I was given was dirty. The second room which the checkin person went to look at, keys would not work everytime I tried to enter room. The toilet was already full and backed up which the checkin person plunged. It was not cleaned and I had to look at the brown ring my entire stay. The tub backed up to my knees my first shower. The second shower also backup and brown crap started coming out of the drain. I got out as fast as I could and stepped on the towel which showed I had crap all over my feet. I had to use towels outside of the tub to wash my legs and feet clean. I could hear everything in the neighboring rooms and hallway. Was told they would refund my stay and only refunded one night. Won’t ever stay at Best Western again.

We were unable to use our toilet. A note was left my housekeeping that said "If water continues to run, you can shut it off" The water was already shut off and we were unable to use it.

We got two rooms one was great the other the tv didnt work the room was dirty and had candy papers around the room. The bathroom was dirty also. The breakfast was a big disappointment two pieces of sausage and two biscuits, the juice machine didnt work and other people didnt get any sausage or biscuits because nobody refilled it. I try to always stay at best western because i love the breakfast and it has always been clean. This place wasnt customer focused that is for sure, i will never stay at this place again that is for sure.

Comfortable and clean room perfect after a long day of traveling. Convenient restaurant nearby. Only issue is its mot easy to get to from the side of the highway heading east.

There was no WiFi during my stay which normally is not a problem, but I had things needing done that required it. The first room I went to wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay. The room wasn’t visited or checked on during my stay. I’m thankful the desk clerk was able to get me into a different room though

I booked my room ahead of time several day, I then called day of check in to see if I needed to go to the hotel to check in before my meeting. Was told no Ellis you have reservations. Then went to my meeting, showed up at the hotel and the couple in front of me at the desk were being told them at their room was no longer available. She booked weeks in advance, had two small children and all of her luggage, she was told to find a different hotel even though she had made reservations two weeks in advance, I was told the same thing. The other couple and us all took our luggage and hungry, tired crabby children back out to the car at 10 ocklock at night to find another hotel. To our surprise there were several other families in the parking lot frantically searching for a new place for their family to stay at 10pm. Needless to say none of of will be using best western or and of you affiliated hotels in the future. We all had reservations, plans for our vacations I couldn’t ever imagine customer service this terrible. And I don’t understand because all of us had given our credit card information, the only thing I can imagine is they were sold for more money then they quoted us for. So not only did the mess everyone’s vacations up they did it for a few bucks a room. Terrible

Bed was not made from previous people tables hadn’t been wiped down bath towels had black stuff on them pool maintenance door left open to chemical room breakfast area was very unsatisfactory

Good beds! Clean! Quiet! Pleasant room. The attendants were pleasant. However: We were first sent to a room that was occupied! It took a while to get that straightened out. The Wi-Fi was out in the morning. “They are working in it.” The breakfast was inedible. Better not to offer breakfast, Coffee was ok, not great.
