Staying in this hotel for 8 days. Food was disgusting music so loud all day long. If you travel with kids avoid this hotel. There is no peace a quiet. Never will stay in this hotel again.

Staff was great and very helpful!! Great check in experience. The front desk representative Ariana was great😀 Great customer service, very friendly, helpful, explained all the amenities in the resort, answered all our questions. The dining room was great, delicious food, friendly staff. I want to mention two staff members who were outstanding!!!!!!!!..Hostess, Susana and captain, Maria. These two lady's went above and beyond helping me with the food selection!! I'm on gluten-free diet and I could not eat a lot of food from the buffet. They communicated with the kitchen staff daily. They prepared special food for me that does not contain gluten!!! 🍳🍗🍟One day Susana called the Executive Chef Erik to talk with me. He explained al the food that I can eat from the buffet. He even made a gluten-free dessert for me that day😀🍰 I spoke with Erik several times during my stay. He offered his assistance at any time!!! I travel a lot, I've been in many different places, four times in Cancun.... I never experienced anything like this!!!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ The most beautiful experience I ever had. Everything was amazing. Friendly staff, beautiful property, so much food, great drinks. Would definitely recommend. It was worth it and not even expensive!!! The hotel even decorated my room as a birthday surprise and the restaurants celebrated me.

I really loved that the beach was so close and you could get in the water. I didn’t even go to the pool I jumped in once. The food I would say was a 3/5 at the buffet, and we had a good experience at the Italian and seafood place. I’ve stayed at two other places that were a little newer and this wasn’t as new and modern, but it was just what we needed to be able to sit on the beach all day and enjoy the sand and water.
