nothing worked. stayed for 1 month. for 2 weeks tv not worked, no internet, only in lobby sometimes worked. refused a refund of any kind. nightmare. no refund from ******* either. run like hell, felt like a prisoner. If i left would lose all my money. charles robb

Beware do not use this hotel, their response to my concerns have been shocking. I was scammed out of 240 pounds through my emails and messages with them and they also took money from my account when it was not a pre payment booking. They have refused to pay any of it back. Disgusting dont book here

Don't. Just don't. Other than hot water, nothing else works here. The much needed AC is louder than air traffic. If you shut off the AC you get the chirping of the smoke alarm. No bath mat, so your room is all wet. Forget about looking out the window, the blinds are broken so in essence your room is like a jail cell. Imagine checking out at the reception and being asked to go back to your room to fetch the towels...what the hell? Awful.
