I like this property, clean pool , testy food, wifi, beach is just walkable , market on 100m , I stay with my family, everyone enjoy the trip , they arrange transport and activities, they elobrate the place and other attractions points .. recomend to all

We had stay in de falcon goa beach resort, We enjoyed the pool it's clean , food was osm,and service was too good.. every staff is supporting. Must visit this place it's safe and familiar. Beach is walkable 5min, market it's just 100m. It's a prime location..

Nice staff and good service. Food was good and freshlyvisit.Lively prepared.Staff was courteous brilliant. Good Breakfast spread. Recommend for travellers who would like to stay at this hotel. Very nice ambience, family friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially Dawn. I would highly recommend. Very friendly ***agement who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Specially thanks to Mr. Monu Sir and mr.suraj sir they make my trip very easy and they are so friendly nature.

All the services are excellent and staff members are very supportive. Breakfast was good and thr rooms were clean and with all the amenities. Chandan and sandeep staff members were very supportive and professionals.

It was our business stay in goa we were from siyaram group Novotel treated us really well it was really very appreciating Our welcome with the shell garland and the welcome drink was fantaStic GR anchal and ***davi was very good ***davi escorted us till the room and explained us about everything In the terms of hospitality i got that novotel is the best property they really treat their guest as a family Love to come again

This Hotel has more cons than pros. Pros: 1. Food is good. 2, Location is good. 3. Staff behaviour is good. Cons: 1. Lots of cockroaches in the room. 2. Due to AC water leakage room gets wet. 3. Electric Tea kettle did not work and took lot of time to replace when asked to change it. 4, No timely service. 5. No dress code for pool, hence pool is dirty 6. Moistures on the walls of room make room smelly.

Cockroaches in d room, dirty as well. Pool lot smaller then d pics. Brkfast n staff is ok. Not luxurious at all and definitely not worth the rate. Balcony view is pathetic and has dirty roof of lower floor. Bathroom exhaust keeps pulling bad odour, snt know frm where.

Room was not tidy. Old bedsheets with ***y spots. No privacy at all. Some bad odours around the room. Thank God we saw the room before check-in. Staff did not show any other room. Family did not like room shown so left facility sooner. Saw another family arguing at reception about hygiene and cleanliness.
