Mi Casa by the Sea

This guest house is in a good location but that's the only positive. Place was filthy, needs upgrading and a damn good clean. Fridge in the room was disgusting so asked for another one, had to ask for a safe, paid for brekky but not worth it, only offered toast, omelette, coffee. Two young lads looking after the place, ok if you asked for something they got it but it needed someone interested in the place to run it, spent a lot of their time in the land of nod, would I stop there again, no. Heard one guest calling it Fawlty Towers, says it all really.

We booked this place via ***********. the room we booked here was supposed to have balcony but to our surprise, here at property we were asked to pay more if we want room with balcony. Also, property ***ager asked us to pay the full amount upfront. Rooms were not that clean, it had strong unpleasant odour, walls were damp, tissues were missing from washroom and room, wall were damp, fridge in the room was not working and was filthy, it looked like it was not cleaned in ages. Final recommendation - NOT RECOMMENDED

Booked the highest category - deluxe room with balcony for 2 nights through GoIbibo, upon arrival they did not find my the booking. After 30-45 mins of argument they were able to retrieve my booking and got the room that added a big surprise. Pics shown online are completely misleading. The room was filthy and very dirty. Wires everywhere in balcony, cigarette buds, washroom in bad shape and towels with heavy stains. The balcony was towards the backside where staff go around making noise and nuisance. Upon request to change the room they said we need to pay RS 800 extra for another room which was of same size. Later at the reception I found that drivers are booking their rooms here for stay. To make it worse they lit garbage towards backside next morning and smoke started getting in the room which was intolerable and we checked out in a day. Go Ibibo didn’t help anyways despite complaining. Infact they closed the query without even resolving. A scam by go ibibo

Staff is very polite ..Rooms are very nice and Housekeeping is also very prompt.. Budget hotel for Family and Couples in Candolim..Rooms are good..They have Power Back,WiFi,Seating Area..Everything is best ..I Highly Recommend this Hotel.

Nice and Clean Property,Close to Beach,Great Location,Clean hygiene and Beautiful Surroundings. The Property is Super awesome.Hospitality of Staff is Amazaing.Would Definitely visit it again and Again.

Mi casa by the sea is very good.. well Maintained property right on candolim beach.. Rooms are spacious. The staff are very polite and cooperative. overall a satisfactory experience..Thanks to Mi Casa.. Will Visit again..
