Very overpriced compared to comparable places in Canmore. Getting extra blankets and anything else was difficult.

The resort was very noisy. There was kids in the halls screaming, dogs barking, and lots of banging from the rooms below and across.

Room was supposed to sleep 6 but there weren’t enough pillows or blankets to sleep 6.

Highly recommend. Always stay at the Copperstone Resort vs. Canmore or Banff. Quiet and safe. Comfortable beds and clean. Shower water pressure was too harsh for me but my partner was happy with it. Fireplace fan blew cool air vs. hot/warm, so we just kept the fan off. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Plan to return in the near future!!

We have stayed here numerous times and love it. The kitchen is so great to have and the bed is comfortable. The deep soaker tub is amazing! Being able to walk to the beautiful Bow River is fantastic. The staff is so nice! We love the pool table too!

Love the spacious and homey feel!! Love the kitchen area and comfy beds! Made it to Banff and near destinations within reasonable driving time! And the scenery around this facility is beautiful! I do wish the gym could be more equipped and updated with quality gym equipment!

Very noisy! Construction noise from a condo being built right next door. Construction mess and a dumpster just a few feet from our main floor balcony.
Loud neighbours, dogs barking, and they decided to test the fire alarms for the first full day of our stay. We received a notice under the door at 7pm the night before about the alarms...so we had no idea when we booked. Loud alarms ringing from 10am to 3pm the next day...and people had to enter our suite....so not relaxing at all. We left a day early from all the noise, and they refused any compensation. No apologies. Very rude. Dont stay here. (room was clean, but the carpet had large stains)

Having never been to Canmore, I would consider staying in Canmore where we could have walked along the river, to shops and restaurants. This property is about two miles or so away on the highway. There is limited on site staff available. These are mostly owner rental units, which was great because we had plenty of room, kitchen, etc. People grilled out in the evenings in the courtyard, and there is a large hot tub which was nice. This was a nice property and value all in all.
