Hotels near Parco Giochi in Cantu

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per una notte. Nonostante la breve permanenza abbiamo vissuto un esperienza negativa. Parliamo della Camera. Si presenta con un bel arredamento che da l'impressione di essere un hotel molto curato. In realtà abbiamo constato che le finestre avevano spigoli in ferro non arrotondati con cui mi sono ferito al primo passaggio vicino alla finestra. In bagno non puoi fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno. Il soffione aveva una perdita che dirigeva lo spruzzo al di la del vetro della doccia con conseguente allagamento del bagno. Il bidè aveva una perdita. Usando il bidè abbiamo allagato il bagno e l'ingresso. Ovviamente non potevamo immaginare e poi alle 3 di notte non ti va di chiamare la reception per risolvere il problema. I cuscini del letto della camera sono inconsistenti. Non è presente un terzo cuscino. Nella camera non era stato impostata l'aria condizionata e quindi per il 90 % della nostra permanenza non abbiamo potuto usarla. A causa di un problema fisico abbiamo chiesto un late checkout per uscire dalla camera Alle 16. Costo 100 euro. Mi sembra un tantinello esagerato. Ma la cosa più assurda è stato l'interrogatorio. La mattina del checkout il mio team viene INTERROGATO DALLO STAFF Dell ALBERGO per sapere come mai la Sera prima non avessimo cenato nel loro ristorante. Hanno preteso di parlare con il manager per chiedere spiegazioni. Sapevano in quale ristorante avevamo mangiato. Mi è sembrato un comportamento poco consono e maleducato. Per lavoro giriamo il mondo è avrò visitato circa 700 alberghi e non avevo mai visto un comportamento del genere. Peccato perché la. Struttura potrebbe anche meritare ma visto lo staff e i problemi riscontrati, oltre al prezzo pagato, direi....Assolutamente da evitare.

Vorrei sottolineare come primo aspetto che il profumo all'interno di un hotel dovrebbe essere calibrato in quanto ci sono persone allergiche a cui la profumazioni così forte può dare problemi. Ok profumo di pulito, ma un erogatore è esagerato. Dopo il check in ho seguito le indicazioni per raggiungere la camera che era nella struttura esterna e dopo 10 minuti che vagavo ( perché le indicazioni erano vecchie e non chiare a detta dell'hotel ) sono rientrata e mi sono fatta accompagnare dal ragazzo della reception che mi ha confessato che lui non sapeva nemmeno dove cercare la mia camera perché non era mai uscito dalla struttura e non sapeva dove fosse la mia camera. Ho poi cambiato subito camera perché con moquette. Nel momento dell'ordine non era indicata la pavimentazione e ho dovuto aggiungere 10 euro per cambiare camera . Ho trovato poca professionalità e in un hotel a 4 stelle credo non sia ammissibile.

Sono stato in questo hotel anche se per la prima volta è credo che ci tornerò al più presto, parcheggio enorme e gratuito, personale molto cortese, pulizia buona, camera comodissima e soprattutto ben climatizzata, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consiglio a tutti

The stuff is superbe! The people from the front desk are super professional even when you are stressed they think about a way to solve problems with going the extra mile! Thank you so much for such service! So reader please be nice to them! The breakfast and the beds/rooms/toilet/foyer are very clean - that’s really a big plus and beds are truely comfy. The modern Retro looking supercool Toilet even has a bidet and the soap is not one of those cheap soaps it smells wonderful and is not slimy! Check out the Italian espresso! It’s good and also the mini cupcakes, fresh different fruits, the fresh yoghurt (no drying spots yesss) and the salami is remarkable. Foyer and check in with modern desks for working travelers or young and old kids who want to charge their gadgets… Wifi: no Problems Good rest :)

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Unfortunately, the structure is very negligible, I booked 2 double rooms and the following applies to both rooms: wind airing bathroom not working, strong smell of wet throughout the room, Bathroom door box with wooden wood because of the closeness to the shower. I gave the living to a couple of friends who traveled with me, we still sleeped well, but the figure is not the same as it made this structure a couple of years ago.

This hotel is total disaster! 4 stars?? Excuse me!!! One roll of single layer toilet paper for three people? No glasses,broken fridge ,only one working eletrical outlet. In the hotel restaurant they sell ”bottled” water that they fill, which could be noticed by the dirt of the bottle (the bottles are also scratched and visibly old). Also, in addition to the price we paid, breakfast was included. The next morning we were greeted by an unpleasant surprise, the restaurant staff put us minimal amounts of what we demanded with the excuse that we had eaten a lot for breakfast the day before. Shame!

Stayed here for 2 nights, for the price the room is great, comfortable bed, spacious and clean. Bathroom is fine, the shower is quite small so bear this in mind. Breakfast was great, lots of sweet options like pastries, tarts etc. Location was 5 minutes or less from the train station so very convenient and 5-10 mins from the ticket place to get the ferry to Bellagio. Overall the hotel was perfect for what wanted and great value for the price.

Lovely hotel super friendly staff easy to reach and luxurious nice clean rooms like the entire hotel. RECOMMENDED

Good hostel, near a supermarket and convenient location with the railway station. A bit overshadowed that my room was on the first floor with a window to the courtyard, it was pretty noisy even with earplugs ... And a rather modest breakfast compared to hostels for the same price. But the friendliness of the staff and convenient location sweetened these inconveniences.

It was ok for the price, very minimalist, the walls need an update they were all dirty and peeling and stained . The bed and cushions were very comfortable, good breakfast. No extra cushions or blankets
