Central location in Capetown uber to V&A needed Car parking extra per day and space limited Overall an Ok hotel. Nothing outstanding

It was convenient to most places l wanted to visit while l was staying in Capetown.

Stay was rejected as Payment was made on ********** for the stay yet hotel said they didnt receive payment. I didnt receive any communication from either ********** nor the Tulbagh advising payment hadnt gone through

Its good but I Was denied breakfast which my payment included

The staff is what it is all about! Welcoming , organised and that extra mile in a cosy environment, clean and spacious and conveniently close to City and Waterfront! Well worth supporting as the go to Hotel.

We stayed at the now Innscape Classic (Formerly to New Tulbagh) back in 2020 just before the pandemic and had a wonderful experience. There isn’t a wonderful lady called Yolanda who dealt with my booking back in 2020 and also in this trip and she couldn’t be anymore helpful. Anything we have asked she has sorted for us, nothing is ever too much trouble. The same goes for the rest of the staff on reception and in the restaurant. The rooms are lovely and spacious and always super clean with daily cleaning of the rooms if you request. We needed a fridge in out room as we stayed nearly a month in both trips and they put one in our room for us. The breakfast starts nice and early and has a wide range of items from local breakfast items to your classic full English breakfast. Let’s talk about location. This hotel is perfect as it’s slap bang in the city but walking distance to the waterfront and Green Point if you want a leisurely walk if the weather is nice. The price on the rooms are always very good and we will definitely end back next year. As you can tell I can’t recommended this hotel enough.

My sons and I decided to spend our last night together as a family before my eldest son's wedding day. We wanted one room. The staff was so wonderful. They sent as breakfast to our room while we were getting ready. I will most definitely go there again.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel very much. Your staff was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the unlimited internet. I highly recommend this affordable and lovely hotel.
