Drury Plaza Hotel Indianapolis Carmel

My hubby and I, along with my sister and her hubby were there for the weekend to attend the NBA AllStar game! We really enjoyed the stay here! Very clean complimentary breakfast and dinner along with cocktails! Love this hotel would recommend to my family and friends! By the end of our stay ran into and got the chance to meet a celebrity which just took the cake and made my day! Will i stay there again a definite Yes!! The front desk was awesome helped out with anythong we had questions about!!

The Drury did not disappoint. The overall experience was very good. Clean, professional, and nice well maintained property that appeared ro be relatively newer. The food was fine and satisfied our need everyday while we stayed. It wasn't exceptional quality food hence 4 stars as opposed to 5 but nothing to complain about either. We were happy enough to eat the food during the days we stayed and enjoyed our stay. I would recommend staying here.

I enjoyed my stay at Drury Inn in Carmel. I really liked the kick-back event and breakfast in the morning. It was also nice to get a delicious steak dinner from the Firebirds on location. My only thing was the pool area closing at 10PM. I wish it stayed open just a little bit longer. Maybe even adults only from 10PM-12Midnight. Over all, I loved my stay.

Consistent with what we've experienced with other Drury brand hotels. Clean, good service, etc.... Food leaves something to be desired though.

It was another excellent stay at the drury. Always like staying at these hotels. Always clean and nice people and good free food and drinks.

3 free drinks nightly at the downstairs bar! Staff was awesome and rooms were spacious and clean. Good complimentary breakfast.

I have visited this location before and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience this time. Upon arrival with my family of 11, I booked 2 suites. One room was available pre check-in but the other room was not, which was understandable. After waiting a hour, it reached check-in time and the room still wasn’t available. Moments later, the only nice employee I encounter, told us he found a similar room but would need to change floors. Fine, no big deal.. We went to visit the pool but our key wouldn’t work. Went to the service desk just to find out you have to sign some form before using the pool. Once signed, they gave new keys to access the pool. The pool was so cold nobody could use it. Every person who came in the pool room said the same and skipped out. Luckily there was a hot tub but unfortunately my toddler couldn’t enjoy it with us. The next morning we got up for their free breakfast. It’s not bad for a free buffet! No complaints there. Many options! However, we ran into another problem quickly. We left our key back in the room and when asking for another at the front desk they wouldn’t give me one without an ID, which was also in the room. (My info and ID would be on file so not sure why couldn’t verify that way) luckily my sister was still in the breakfast lounge and we just used hers. After reuniting with my family before checkout I heard similar disappointing stories about their employees. Don’t think we will be back. We went to another hotel.

I stayed here for 2 x nights. The first night I arrived close to midnight. Room was cold and thermostat and heating unit did not work. I made the team at front desk aware of what was happening. Subsequently, there was another guest on 3rd floor complaining of the same situation. While it was reported as "fixed"... the room took forever to reach temp. it took from 6pm until 3am this morning to reach 74 degrees (per the t-stat) when it finally felt "warm". I 100% understand that this is an unusually cold situation in the U.S. right now... but the mechanical system should be designed accordingly to accommodate comfortable conditions for guests.
