Fantastic hotel i have made further reservation to stay again

Ok but not worth the money

You get what you pay for. Great location if you like to be where the action is. Bed was very hard, you can hear everything on the 5th floor, from the heavy bass music, doors slamming, people were knocking on a door to the suite beside me at 4am. people talking, hallway smoke detector beeping every 15 seconds. Room had an odour probably because there’s no ventilation. If you need an affordable stay close to all the action and don’t mind noise at all hours this place will do. Staff was very friendly, told them I needed a taxi to airport at 3am and the driver was there waiting. Good value for money but I wouldn’t stay here again . I left sleep deprived

Everything was great, the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Clean! The only thing i didn’t like my key to my room will stop working from time to time

The hotel is not in a bad location, what is bad is the staff that works. At reception the day I arrived they wanted to give me a lower room than the one I paid for. I had to claim. especially the restaurant employees. The breakfast was terrible and the employees don't want you to serve yourself the coffee or the eggs, but they aren't interested in giving good service either. they are among themselves chatting and do not attend to the guests. I had a bad time

Hotel was great, very clean and very close to the beach and restaurants. Pool was very nice. Breakfast was okay. The bed was a little to firm for me but had a good night sleep. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a boutique hotel.

Great small hotel in Bocagrande. Location is great, rooms are very nice and staff is very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Never had an issue with anything. They provided me with everything that we needed.
