Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet. Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost. The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car. There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. The reception opens the garage when you drive down. I wouldnt recommend a SUV going down this garage since it is very tight between floor 1 and 2. It is also important to be patient because there can be misunderstandings between cars going into the garage and out of the garage. The cars that are going out of the garage have a green light 2 floors down when it is ok for them to drive. The cars that are going down have no light they can look at or the ability to see cars coming up so misunderstandings can happen....especially if you come from different countries. So remember to be humble and it will work out if a situation arises where one car is going into the garage and another car is going out. I think it's quite rare that it happens but still good to be aware of it.

Wonderful buffet breakfast. Very fast laundry service. 2 min walk to the city tram that takes you into town/ beach for 1.05 euro. Lots of bars and restaurants close by, we found a great Tapas bar called Tasca Dairo about a 7 minute walk away. You can cancel your daily room cleaning and get money off from bar / restaurant purchases. Would stay here again.

Superbly comfortable hotel a few minutes walk from the city centre.A very spacious well equipped room with comfortable furnishings and a balcony with great views over the city. Check in and out handled efficiently by the friendly helpful staff at reception. Very good value for money

Hôtel super sympa. La chambre et le petit déjeuner sont très bien. Par contre le menu proposé pour le dîner sous forme de buffet est vraiment très chiche et pas à la hauteur en comparaison de la qualité de l’hôtel. Le personnel de la réception est très aimable, parlant français de surcroît, et très disponible. Le personnel assurant le service du petit déjeuner semble plus attentif a leur smartphone.

We booked this hotel to just get to sleep and continue to travel in the morning and so did we. We arrived a little before 10 a.m. and while we checked, we asked for dinner there and told us we had a little bit before, because the kitchen was closed at 10 a.m. We were very happy to get a little bit of the room, but we were very happy to get a little bit of the room. While they made our dinner we went up and ran out of our bags and saw a bed missing, we had booked for 3, we communicated it at reception and when it was already placed back, that's right, if the room was already small they put it with shoes, The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. El hotel está muy nuevo, las camas muy cómodas y la habitación amplia. Muy muy cerca del centro. El personal muy atento. Tienen una máquina de café gratis en la cafetería para que la utilicen los clientes cuando quieran, además de café, chocolate, infusión, etc. El parking es amplio pero se puede aparcar sin dificultad un par de manzanas más abajo y si no hay suerte en la calle Fernando el Católico mucho aparcamiento y está a cinco minutos andando.

What could have been a bad experience was saved by the front desk staff going beyond the call of duty. We arrived to find that there was a bikers convention with over 200 bikers staying. Despite that the front desk staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after. Excellent service, thank you!

4 night stay just didn't get any better. The staff just don't seem to be interested in making their residents happy and making it a pleasing experience. It is the small things. The hotel lacks the basics and the interest of the customer. I went to the bar for a drink at 11.20pm (could be any drink) and stood for about 30 secs. Barman never looked up. I then took 5 steps back and said 'are you closed'. 'Si' was his response and he still never made any eye contact. The next evening, I asked for a charger for a Apple phone. - Quick response was no. don't have one. Not looking to see if they could accommodate me -too much trouble for them and no better for me. It was a flat no. They could have contacted their partner hotel just yards away, but just didn't bother. Poor manners, no interest. Just can't understand this behaviour.

This hotel surprise me. The price is cheap for the location (for me it doesn't matter, we used only in the middle of a long drive), the cleanness is perfect, the breakfast for only 5 eur and ALL YOU CAN EAT with many things is PERFECT. The people was amazing and the room a little bit small, but for only one night is perfect. The TV is on a desk pointing to nowhere, you need to turn the tv, and the shower could be a problem, because the water goes out, not curtain or glass, but I am not going to clean it. If you are traveling with a car it could be a problem, for us was a quite difficult to find a parking place close to the hotel.
