There was an issue checking in my mother, whom we had purchased a room for close to our home. The person at the front desk left my mother standing there while I had to drive to the hotel to deal with the issue. He told me to call *******, and ******* told me to deal with the hotel. I was told ******* never added my mother's name to the reservation, so they would not check her in. Also, they would not cancel the reservation so my mother could check herself in. Overall, the stay was fine, but it started out frustrating when we were trying to make everything easier by getting a space for my mother to comfortably stay the night. (My mother is in her 70s)
