We found this hotel very pleasant and had quite an Italian feel. The area looked a little run down but everything was fine. It was very quiet, no noise in the evenings and we didn’t see any issues with safety outside. The staff were very friendly not all could speak English but we quite liked that. The room was large with kitchenette. Plenty of space and very good bathroom. The shower was very powerful and had plenty of hot water. The room was very clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was good, choice of cereal, bread, fruits,cheeses etc and really nice coffee. Walking distance of bus and train station and the centre of the town was easy to walk to. We had a lovely stay here.

This hotel is a huge disappointment. It is located in a part of Catania that I would not feel safe walking in. The hotel itself is run down with very old bedding and furnishings. It is in need of major upgrades inside and out. The photo shared online misrepresents this property. It is nowhere what it shows in the photos. I checked in and checked out 19 minutes later upon seeing the hotel and my room. I was not given any refund and lost money on this rundown, unfair hotel.

We travelled every day and after we came back we wanted a cosy bed and a hot shower. The main street is at five minutes walking distance. The breakfast was good- we enjoyed the delicious cappuccino and the fresh fruits. The room was spacious and cleaned every day ,it has an unique ceiling dome.

Ho avuto occasione di fermarmi con amici per due notti e devo dire che mi sono trovato proprio a mio agio. Mi ha stupito la stanza veramente enorme e curata. La posizione è comodissima perché è vicinissima alla stazione e a una decina di minuti a piedi dal centro. Il personale gentilissimo e super disponibile! Unica pecca,la zona in cui si trova la struttura...lasciata un pò al suo abbandono e certamente per le donne da sole non è il massimo.Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Aggiornamento: Abbiamo soggiornato con la famiglia durante le vacanze di Natale '22. Quartiere malfamato e buio. Entrambe le camere occupate al secondo piano erano completamente senza acqua nè per i servizi nè per potersi lavare. Come richiesto all'arrivo, Pagato l'intero soggiorno in anticipo, ma vista la situazione, lasciato già il giorno successivo all'arrivo. Gestore latitante alle nostre rimostranze non rispondendo alle innumerevoli telefonate effettuate. Appena rientrati dalle vacanze rovinate, Abbiamo inoltrato formale richiesta di rimborso tramite missiva inviata dal nostro legale, ma è stata rifiutata per ' indirizzo sconosciuto ' !!!

Un hotel pulito e confortevole con camere grandi e molto silenziose, bagno privato. La colazione è completa: dolce e salata con un caffè espresso davvero eccezionale! Il personale è gentilissimo mette a suo agio i clienti ed è molto attento a tutto le esigenze. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere tutte le piazze della città ed è vicinissima alla stazione. Il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole e mi ritengo molto soddisfatta. Ho appreso sul posto che oltre alle camere la struttura offre la possibilità di mini appartamenti con angolo cottura, davvero molto comodi! Ritornerò sicuramente. Consiglio vivamente!!!

Arrivata a Catania per motivi di lavoro. Si tratta a mio avviso di una pessima struttura ubicata in zona poco centrale e piuttosto malfamata: per spostarsi è necessario il taxi se non si dispone di auto. Camere vecchie: mi è stata data una camera con vasca da bagno inutilizzabile per quanto vecchia e incrostata. Pareti sporche. Colazione niente di che, il minimo sindacale. Mai più.

A colpo d'occhio non sembra soddisfare le esigenze per una famiglia. Invece mi sono ricreduto. Pulito,tutto funzionante e molto gentili. Noi siamo partiti la mattina presto perché avevamo l'aereo e ci hanno preparato fuori dall'orario la colazione
