Pura Vida Inn

Lovely charming quiet Hotel and a perfect location On the beach Mary and Eric keep the hotel immaculately clean. We stayed in the oceanview room which is like the other rooms on the main floor. They are one bedroom, granite kitchens, big showers and very clean. The hotel is very well run. It is right next-door from Magic Grill with a full restaurant and bar. The pool area is rather small but they have a large part of the beach across the street with lots of tables and swings to watch sunrise Eric is there most of the time with Mary part of the time and they are both knowledgeable and helpful about anything you need while you stay there. A big thank you to both of them for making our stay so wonderful! We hope to see you again soon!

A+++ Husband and I spent a week. The BEST location and Inn on the island as far as we could tell. The employees are incredible. (THANK YOU ERIC.) Super clean room and pool area. Access to food and beverages was close and easy. We will go back SOON!!

Beautiful, spacious accommodations. Beds were very comfortable. Very friendly staff and owners. Great location…just steps from the water taxi and Salty’s. Bicycles are available to the guests. We really enjoyed exploring the island on bikes.

Every once in a while, life throws an unexpected surprise at you and that was the case for us at Pura Vida Inn during our stay at Caye Caulker. Eric was absolutely as nice and professional a person you’ll find during our check in process. The room we stayed was a very nice, pleasant upgrade from the night before at different location close by. All our needs were met and exceeded by the staff at Pura Vida. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious, warm and inviting. We were sad to leave but another even more pleasant surprise awaited us after leaving. Somehow, I forgot some very important documents and personal information upon leaving. Mary was relentless on tracking us down as she realized the importance of said documents. She arranged delivery of documents in very well sealed package and I received them in time for travel. We absolutely will return to Caye Caulker on our next trip back and Pura Vida inn will be our first option.. Do not overlook this location in your search. The ocean view from room is beautiful and the sunrises worth waking up for!

My wife and I stayed here Jan 4 through Jan 19 2024. We stayed in the Ocean Villa on the 2nd floor. The Villa is so spacious, 3 bedrooms 2 baths , large living area and full kitchen. You have a small balcony out front with a spectacular view of the Ocean. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Eric made sure that our stay was incredible with every attention to detail. Quiet street near lots of restaurants. Very good location on the island. We can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay here. We have already booked a return trip for 2025. We highly recommend Pura Vida Inn in Caye Caulker. You won’t be disappointed. Gerald & Alice

My husband and I stayed at Pura Vida Inn for 4 nights in a one bedroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are so clean you can eat off the floor. The unit is spacious and perfect for two people. It also had everything we needed. The location is excellent if you want to be in a more quiet area but still be within walking distance to the action. Eric and Mary are amazing and made us feel like we were staying with family. The owners were also there during our stay and are super nice and welcoming. We will be back!

Caye Caulker, Belize is like no other place on earth. In one word, it’s the “vibe.” We stayed 10 days and the inn was Extraordinarily clean, safe, private…but most of all it is so welcoming. Eric and Mary are the best people and are so fun to talk to and took care of every need. The people of this place are kind and gracious. We have had the best service and felt the most gratitude than anywhere we have ever traveled. They took care of the transfer from the hotel to the water taxi, picked us up upon arrival to the island, and arranged everything for our return trip. Every restaurant recommendation they gave us was excellent. They called restaurants for us, dropped us off around town, made reservations for excursions, and checked on every single need. You can rent a golf cart, but we never needed it. The inn is located in a more quiet area of the island, which we loved. We had all the privacy we needed. I can’t say enough positive about our stay. It was perfect in every way. Be prepared for almost everyone you encounter on the streets to speak and welcome you to their island. Although we had some great meals, Roy’s Wish Willy’s and Sunset Pelican were our favorites!

This newly renovated boutique hotel has a lot going for it. It sits walking distance to the water taxi dock and next to a great little restaurant and bar. The Inn is under new ownership and management. The manager, Eric, went out of his way to accommodate us. We identified an a/c that didn't come on and he promptly corrected it. He also acted as our concierge by finding us good fishing and snorkeling guides. A great little place that we are already planning our return

Nice and clean location. Staff (Erick and maria) were friendly. Electric was another issue. Listened to what is in the video. The last night was quite. Not their fault but paid $600 for three days and hardly slept. I paid $124 for the fourth night.
