The hotel is close to the river, you can walk along the river, and you can walk to the net red bridge. The staff at the front desk, rooms and restaurants are very kind and gentle. There is also a special service to follow up, from the location guide before check-in to the warm reminder during the stay, Zhang Min is very meticulous and intimate. Health, environment, facilities are very good, the only five-star hotel in Qingtian City, cost-effective, it is recommended. The fly in the ointment: the breakfast peak period supplement is slightly untimely; The parking lot is shared with the public service center next to it. The parking on the first night of the National Day holiday needs to be returned after the guest pays.

didnt get the package i paid for the front desk just hurries customers threw , but the room i got was the cheapest room they had it was not as bad as i thought but i wanted what i paid for i wanted a kitchen to cook for my wife and a refridgerator that was in working order i asked the front desk to send someone up to check the fridge it doesnt work , anyway besides my complaints i really liked the location we got to walk to the Ayala Mall it was very close and transportation was good the food was ok not everything can be hot anyway i would use the hotel again

We had a very rough time checking out. First and foremost they don't have any coordination especially the front desk people. We paid an initial deposit of 3k which the lady who received us that day only inoutted 2,400 in their system and she did not gave us any receipts. We didn't even bother to asked it since we thought we could trust her. But guess what, during check out she denied that she received the 3k cash. If I did not cross check the receipt they would've charged us more. We are a bit disappointed on how they handle the situation and this kind of issue not being professional enough. Especially this lady Elen/Elaine in the front desk. She is giving us this attitude which is a big no no for me. This is not how you treat customers especially you are in a hospitality industry. Anyways, The room is clean but alittle bit small. Internet connection is poor and I can hear noise outside and other guests walking in the corridor. The good thing I like about this hotel is their bed, shower and breakfast . Thats all!

The room is very clean. The bedding is very comfortable. The Jr. Suite is inexpensive and spacious. The bathroom tub faucet needs maintenance. The kitchen and wait staff of the hotel isn't great. For instance the service water is often dirty. There are often dirty dishes. The wait staff are below par, often failing to provide basic service (serving the dirty water or clearing away dirty dishes). The housekeeping staff are super friendly and do a great job. I think for the price it's a great choice for a hotel.

The newly opened facilities in the hotel are very new and smart. When you arrive at the front desk, there will be service staff to carry your luggage to the room. Once you enter the room, it is really clean. The furniture is very refreshing. The 65-inch large TV is good for watching movies. The breakfast the next day is great. The deluxe version has more than 20 hot and cold dishes and seven or eight kinds of fruits. It is really rare to spend more than 300 to have such a good breakfast. When I checked out, the concierge guy took me to a taxi and gave me a gift. Bottle of sour plum juice. If I come to Qingtian next time, I will definitely come again, not for anything else but for their deluxe version of breakfast.

It is very suitable for bringing children over to play. Let me talk about the rooms first. Three rooms have slides and tents. The bright slide is the largest and there are building blocks in the room; there is a swing in Zhengjue. The bed in the attic is a bit hot, the air conditioner is not enough, and the room is not equipped with mineral water. Breakfast is white porridge, bread, corn, eggs, and some vegetables. Let’s talk about the supporting facilities. Next to the B&B is the Green Bay Villa, Tyre Kingdom, and an expansion base. There are farmhouses and barbecues, so you can enjoy eating and drinking.

The gym is exceptionally well equipped for a hotel, although average cleanliness. The security policies are a little weird, not letting people leave without clearance at certain times (while letting people into the aforementioned common areas freely).

The location of MJ Hotel & Suites was very convenient. It was only a short walking distance from a major mall (Ayala Mall) where food stores are abundant and ATM machines are easy to find. The hotel staff are helpful and quick to respond to room service requests. Particularly appreciated that when I first enter my room it smelled fresh and clean. I like it very much that there are sachets of service coffee available in the room along with a water heater. Cold drinking water is also free 24/7 because there is a service water dispenser on every floor. The room is spacious. For someone like me who travels for work, the best thing is a good wifi connection, and this hotel has it. A little bit of a downside is the lack of a working table lamp for some guests like myself who works at night on my laptop and needs sufficient lighting. But overall, this hotel is a good value for the money spent. Looking forward to staying again in MJ Hotel next time I will be in Cebu.
