I stayed in this residence from the 2nd of july till the 30th, for 4 weeks. After a couple of days in our apar**ent, one night at 3.45 am, my wife and my son woke up because they felt something hitching on their legs,my wife turned the light on and checked the bed linen and she realized that the bed was full of bedbugs, that night we didn't sleep and in the morning we had a terrible headache. At 8.30 a.m we went to the reception and we asked to be moved to another apar**ent, it was wednsday and mrs Sabrina replied that she didn't have any flat available till saturday she said she could sanitize the flat ,change the bed and the mattress but I refused. The bedbugs had their nest in the shelf above the bed,so all that mrs Sabrina meant to do, was useless. At the end she asked us to move from 408 as soon as possibile, she was expecting some customers to arrive that same afternoon, so she swapped the flats and gave us the flat 101 it wasn't an upgrade, a very noisy flat, people coming and going all day long because it was close to the reception ,I could hear at every hour of the day people speaking loud, luggage placed behind my door,sometimes I had to ask people to move to let me out of my apar**ent. Well at the end I paid for all the money due for the 4 weeks stay,I didn't get any discount for all the troubles my family and I went through that day,we didn't go to the beach that morning because we had to move our stuff to the other flat. Dear mrs Sabrina, money is not everything,I think that it is very important that customers are happy and come back to your residence in the future, well you have lost the chance with my family,I will never come back in such a place.
