Really good hotel in beautiful Benasque, Spain. We had a very spacious room with gorgeous views. It was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and service was great. We do recommend it.

We liked our stay very much. The room was nice and clean. We had a family room with bunkbeds for the children. The bunkbed was a bit noisy. Our bed was very comfortable. Beautiful view and nice and refreshing swimmingpool. The stay was very good. The only we missed was a watercooker. So we bought one. But overall very positive and very nice surroundings. Loved it.

El hotel está situado en el bonito pueblo de Cerler. El remonte de Cerler 1500 se puede alcanzar en pocos minutos. El hotel ofrece un eficiente servicio de lanzadera. Nos hemos alojados con toda la familia en Semana Santa y la estancia ha sido inmejorable. Lo mejor de todo su personal y la calidad de la comida tanto en la cena como en el desayuno. Tienen un pequeño y bonito SPA con vistas a las pistas de esquí. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por todo!

Es un hotel con instalaciones y habitaciones modernas y cómodas. Quizás la habitación se echa en falta un poquito más de espacio, alguna percha en la entrada para dejar chaquetas... aunque te apañas sin problemas para una estancia corta para esquiar como fuimos nosotros. La cama y las almohadas están muy bien, así como la ducha y aseo, creo que eso es fundamental y prima sobre el espacio. Se agradece el servicio de guardaesquís y taquillas para botas así como el transfer a pistas... cómodo aunque en temporadas altas puede ser que te toque esperar bastante puesto que es una furgoneta con 8 plazas y si lo utilizan muchos clientes no te merecerá la pena utilizar el servicio por la pérdida de tiempo. El servicio de restauración bastante bueno, el desayuno muy completo y con productos de calidad. Las cenas no son tipo buffet sino a elegir entre diferentes platos, nosotros no tuvimos ninguna pega, aunque otros compañeros no "acertaron" con alguna opción de las que eligieron. En resumen un hotel bastante bueno, personal amable, instalaciones cómodas y buen servicio.

Estuve en uno de los apartamentos del Hotel HG Cerler 4 días en Febrero, en los que me dediqué a subir montes y esquiar, y recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento. El apartamento en si era una pasada, con vistas geniales, una cocina muy equipada, un baño muy cómodo y una habitaciñon muy amplia, que era una necesidad debido a todo el equipo que llevaba. El personal del hotel fue encantador desde el primer momento, recomendando zonas y actividades. Incluso el forfait se puede comprar en recepción, lo cual es muy cómodo. El hotel está al lado de las pistas, que es una maravilla si se viene a esquiar. Yo vine con coche por que además de a esquiar venía a hacer algo de alpinismo y montañismo y tenía que desplazarme, y hay mucha abundancia de aparcamiento (es más, recomiendo venir en coche si se puede). En resumen, unas vacaciones estupendas, un alojomiento inmejorable y una zona espectacular.

El hotel nos ha encantado . El personal es maravilloso y muy simpático desde recepción hasta Carol, jefa de sala, todos siempre amabilísimos . Estuvimos alojados en un apartamento que estaba genial para nuestra familia de 2 adultos y 2 niños. Sin duda vamos a repetir al año que viene! Lo recomendamos 100%!

Hotel de un nivel medio alto en el que te rellenan botellas de Lanjaron con agua del grifo. Después de repetirlo en varios Servicio siguen con la misma dinámica, rellenan botellas haciéndote pensar que bebes agua embotellada siendo agua del grifo. Una pena, el resto genial.

Experiencia muy buena. El hotel está en un enclave precioso. La habitación que nos tocó muy grande y limpia. El personal muy amable. Destacar el trato de los camareros del comedor sobre todo, Carolina e Ismael, profesionales, súper amables, encantadores y muy simpáticos con nuestro hijo de 4 años, de 10. La chica del miniclub tambien muy agradable. Las cenas variadas y muy buena comida.Por poner alguna pega hacia algo de calor en la habitación, que no tenia aire y al estar en la planta baja no podíamos dejar la ventana abierta sin estar allí y el horario de la cafetería que no abre hasta las 16:00h. Por lo demás todo genial, repetiremos sin duda.
