We very much enjoyed our stay. The service and the accommodation were excellent. We appreciated being able to charge our car overnight. The restaurant was closed when we stayed but the hotel kindly referred us to the neighbouring restaurant which was excellent.

Super hotel in the centre of this lovely Champagne village. From the very start of our stay, we had a lovely welcome from Sandrine who really made us feel valued and accommodated our every wish - a lovely lady, incredibly helpful. The room was very comfortable, nice decor, plenty of space and great bathroom. We had a good night's sleep. The bistro was great, delicious food and wine and excellent service. We did not try the michelin star restaurant. Check out was as friendly as check in.

First class hotel and excellent meal in the restaurant . Parked just opposite across the road but very quiet location. And very nice town to wander around. Define toy recommend it and will stay again.

Lovely staff and exceptional food. Great location. Very comfortable accommodation. , we spent 3 lovely days in Chalon ,exploring the city and surrounding countryside . Good place to buy champagne . lovely to have a choice of two restaurants in the hotel

Great location in center of Châlons-en-Chanpagne. Great for a short stay on our travels home. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of bread and pastries, muesli, meats and cheese for breakfast.

Initially struggled to find it as the name was in cursive writing! Parking safe and a good breakfast. Central to town.

A lovely hotel in a very convenient location for travelling through France. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Dinner in the bistro was excellent. The private parking was a welcome bonus. Highly recommended
