I stay in a lot of hotels…mostly Marriott. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.

I wouldn't give this ”motel” a 1 star review if no stars was an option. We arrived around midnight and everyone was tired from a long day driving. We had two rooms. One room had vomit in the tub and was just dirty in general. There was also a leak dripping from the ceiling. The other room had a nasty stained mattress in the pull out couch. No bedding available for the pullout if we did want to use it. The carpet in the rooms was damp. The door on both rooms was loose and did not feel secure. The entire property smelled of *********. The person working the desk was pleasant but could not do anything to make the situation right, other than to say she would leave a note for the manager to call us in the morning. It has been 5 days and I have called to speak to a manager multiple times and we still have not received a call. The situation was bad enough that we left and got rooms at a different hotel. I've never been in a situation where I felt it was necessary to do that before. I will never stay at this hotel again, and doubt I will even stay at any hotel run by Sonesta again. Due to no response from hotel management, I have now made a complaint with the BBB to try and get my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

The room design is modern and so clean and smells healthy, Everything was great. The hospitality was fine , the owner is so helpful . The room view is nice. Just had a perfect room perfect b lend on the wall painting very clean perfect not creased sheets which was a huge plus for me .The Wi-Fi was highly reliable very fast and could really get my job done . I enjoyed the warm shower and fresh air from the balcony . The check-in and check-out are pretty fast. I loved how informed and efficient the receptionist was . Location is quite nice .Just walk out 3min have two 7-11 and family mart and mall .. and also near to the very nice places to eat Very close to the universities I was looking to scout and window shop which was my main concern so a very affordable smart choice from my end. A bit of city noise but very quiet and peaceful at night didn’t quite know if heard my neighbors but the sheets were comfortable and smelled really nice Would definitely come back soon.

This hotel was very clean because it is a new hotel. The amenities were nice. Beautiful picture on tv and a lot of space to store your clothing. However, check in was terrible. The man at the desk was frustrated with checking us in. In the middle of checking my dad and I into our separate rooms, he decided to check in three other people. My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the awesome staff at this location. I was unexpectedly displaced from my home of 5 years; being faced with having to stay in an extended stay hotel is emotionally taxing. Chantiece, Abu, Malachi, and the new lady in training (sorry, I didn't get her name) have been kind, helpful, and patient. The level of guest service they have displayed has help make this difficult time in my life much more bearable. I appreciate their hard work, efforts, and comforting smiles each day. Our room was clean and comfortable. I reserved a non-smoking room, however, I still smelled cigarette smoke from in my room. A non-smoking room should not be within smelling distance of a smoking room. And when there are designated rooms, that doesn't mean I should smell smoke in the stairwell either. We tried to take the stairs b/c the elevator was SLOW, but couldn't even get up one flight due to the smell of cigarette smoke. So we waited on the SLOW elevator. Later, saw cigarette ashes and butts down the hallway to the staircase, and saw additional cigarette butts in the stairwell, then realizing the smell was too strong to enter again. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk and she advised she would report it. When we finally checked out, those same butts and ashes were there and we couldn't enter the stairwell for a third time. When we got off the elevator, the smoking ”area” outside had people smoking but they had the door propped open, so that smoke was entering the building. I once again told the front desk, and I was just told, ”Yeah that door is broke, and the cards don't work for that door.” Not very hospitable, and didn't offer anything for me. If you can't stand to be around cigarette smoke, don't stay here. I guess I will always find a complete smoke-free hotel from here on out.

The room design is modern and so clean and smells healthy, Everything was great. The hospitality was fine , the owner is so helpful . The room view is nice. Just had a perfect room perfect b lend on the wall painting very clean perfect not creased sheets which was a huge plus for me .The Wi-Fi was highly reliable very fast and could really get my job done . I enjoyed the warm shower and fresh air from the balcony . The check-in and check-out are pretty fast. I loved how informed and efficient the receptionist was . Location is quite nice .Just walk out 3min have two 7-11 and family mart and mall .. and also near to the very nice places to eat Very close to the universities I was looking to scout and window shop which was my main concern so a very affordable smart choice from my end. A bit of city noise but very quiet and peaceful at night didn’t quite know if heard my neighbors but the sheets were comfortable and smelled really nice Would definitely come back soon.

I wouldn't give this ”motel” a 1 star review if no stars was an option. We arrived around midnight and everyone was tired from a long day driving. We had two rooms. One room had vomit in the tub and was just dirty in general. There was also a leak dripping from the ceiling. The other room had a nasty stained mattress in the pull out couch. No bedding available for the pullout if we did want to use it. The carpet in the rooms was damp. The door on both rooms was loose and did not feel secure. The entire property smelled of *********. The person working the desk was pleasant but could not do anything to make the situation right, other than to say she would leave a note for the manager to call us in the morning. It has been 5 days and I have called to speak to a manager multiple times and we still have not received a call. The situation was bad enough that we left and got rooms at a different hotel. I've never been in a situation where I felt it was necessary to do that before. I will never stay at this hotel again, and doubt I will even stay at any hotel run by Sonesta again. Due to no response from hotel management, I have now made a complaint with the BBB to try and get my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

My dad and I looked at each other in disbelief that he would forget we were standing there after a crazy trip there. I had a flat tire and trying to locate somewhere close to get a tire for my car was difficult. The donut that was put on my car was flat also. So, my dad and I was exhausted by the time we got to the hotel. So, for this man to check in three other people saying we got on his nerves, was so disrespectful. I couldn’t understand the frustration when we had just got there. Maybe he needs a break. I do not know!!!😔

I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

I stay in a lot of hotels…mostly Marriott. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the awesome staff at this location. I was unexpectedly displaced from my home of 5 years; being faced with having to stay in an extended stay hotel is emotionally taxing. Chantiece, Abu, Malachi, and the new lady in training (sorry, I didn't get her name) have been kind, helpful, and patient. The level of guest service they have displayed has help make this difficult time in my life much more bearable. I appreciate their hard work, efforts, and comforting smiles each day.
