It’s too dirty and a lot of stuff is broken. Unfortunately we thought it would be a new hotel but it seems to be very old. Cannot recommend it to stay.

酒店入住感受非常好 前台值班經理娜娜非常貼心 按我的需求幫我選擇了房型 還有趙東 幫我把行李搬到了電梯口 很少遇見這麼貼心的前台服務 非常滿意的入住體驗 辦入住時告訴值班經理娜娜，她知道我頸椎不好房間的枕頭還幫忙做了更換蕎麥枕 ，非常期待下次的入住！

很棒！物超所值！原本是標準雙床房，可能是樓層低視野不太好，和前台小姐姐張瑩和值班經理娜娜溝通換房間，直接給升級了個豪華房型，哇塞，這房間一整個愛住了！睡得特別舒服，除了走廊人説話有點大聲，沒有任何槽點，沐浴露香香的~ 入住感受非常好👍

在上海住過一次福朋喜來登，這次來長春看到也有福朋喜來登酒店嘗試一下。沒想到體驗感超棒！大堂裝潢簡單大方，服務人員也超熱情耐心，讓我對東北的服務水平有所改觀。尤其是值班經理娜娜心思細膩，前台的小姐姐張瑩細緻熱心，介紹十分詳細，五星好評
