The condition of the hotel was much better than expected and in a great location. The room I was given was huge. Unfortunately the water wasn't working amd couldn't shower whilst I was there.

Historic building with historic walls and stairs etc. It has it's own charm. It's not modern but stylish in it's way.

Always a very convenient location in Kingstown with friendly. I love staying in the historic building however more maintenance is needed.

We had a large room . Beds were very comfortable with fresh linens. The bathroom was dated but very clean and there was enough hot water for showers. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Wonderful old world ambiance.

The room was in the process of repair. The ceiling had blotches of paint that showed signs of repairs being done. The items of furniture were ancient and scratched up. It had an unusual musty smell every time you enter. The noise from outside and the room above prevented us from having a decent night's rest. Overall, it's not worth the money. I couldn't wait to leave!

Room was like an oven. Ac did not work, and i could feel the springs in my bed. Not a pleasent stay

Very convenient for downtown businesses. A good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the rooms need upgrades or renovations.

I loved that the hotel is in the town so it was walking distance to a lot of the places. That's definitely a plus. However, the building is old and my room was dark maybe because of the paint or because of the decor. I didn't like that much. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. The staff and service was excellent. Shout out to Lano from the roof top restaurant.

The cobblestone architecture gives the property a unique ambiance that can hardly be experienced with modern facades. The staff is super helpful. Would definitely revisit.
