Nice location, just across from Shangli Park metro station. It’s easy to get there, just one stop from Changchun Railway Station on metro. My room was nice n clean, and the staffs are friendly and very healthful but you need to know a bit Chinese or could use a translation app, anyways I definitely recommend to foreigners.

Although it is not a five-star luxury hotel and the room is slightly smaller, the room is well designed and has enough space to store things. And the location is also very good, just outside the cultural square, it is also very convenient to go to Xinmin Street to check out the old Babu. There are also restaurants nearby. What I am satisfied with is that the awareness of the service staff is very high, and I especially commend Zhang Xiaoxiaochao. I left my cell phone in the lobby and called back. It turned out that the cleaner Cui Fenglong picked it up and handed it to the front desk. It was a good return and the guests were reassured. It was great! If you come to Changchun again, you will stay in this hotel.

The room is as shown in the picture. It is very clean. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The bath water is very good. The water flow is large and the water quality is very good. It feels like hot spring water. My skin is very smooth after washing. We were traveling as a family and checked in on the night of February 13th, the third day of the ***** New Year. The room was very warm. It was my first time to come to Changchun with my parents, and I felt a bit regretful. There were very few restaurants open during the Spring Festival. I wanted to eat some special local dishes, but I couldn't find any. But it’s understandable! It’s been a busy year, so I need to take a good rest. I went to several places and it was easy to take a taxi. The Imperial Palace of Manchukuo, the long shadow, and the tram location in the human world. There are pictures at the back. Whether it's worth going or not depends on personal preference.

Ok, the hotel lobby is quite stylish. The room was small. The room we gave us at the beginning was at the corner. The internal facilities were very unreasonable. After the room was changed, the front desk quickly agreed. But the quality of the disposable toilet pad that cost 3 yuan was very bad, a thin piece of paper.

There is no harm without comparison. I just came from Atour and it was my first time to stay at Ibis. I was very disappointed. The room is very small, with one less booth and sofa than in Ctrip's picture, and there is no room to put the suitcase. The breakfast is very simple, and I don’t know where the richness is. The curtains are too small and cannot be pulled to the end, allowing light to pass through. It was bright outside at five o'clock in the morning. The towels were quite old. I used a bath towel on the first day and took it away immediately after cleaning on the second day without replenishing it. Floor towels were not provided the next day. After taking a shower, the floor was covered with water and I was worried about slipping. The slippers are also very thin. I feel like this is my first time staying at Ibis and my last time.

The lobby is very grand and has the characteristics of Shangri-La Fan Yuwen and Jinyu at the front desk are particularly enthusiastic and polite. Manager Guo Nannan and Tang Yue are friendly and smiling. The concierge in red clothes in the lobby also took the initiative to provide me with services. The environment is good. I came here for the service. It’s quite hard. Thumbs up for these young kids!
