You cannot use the shower room when using the bathroom. Moreover, the bathroom space is so small that when you close the glass door, your face almost touches the glass door. The free breakfast does not have many varieties and is not delicious. Everything else is okay! The location is right at Longhua Subway Station, which is relatively easy to find.

The hotel is not expensive, the rooms are very good, the buffet breakfast is also good, and it is conveniently located from the airport. There is a shuttle service to the airport, and the attitude of Xiao Ma at the front desk is also very good. Changsha is very fun, and the food is delicious. All kinds of noodles are delicious, and the stinky tofu is also good.

Huatian is an old brand here. The hotel overall is doing well. There is a pick-up and transfer service, and the service butler Xiaoyu will contact you in advance to arrange the itinerary. The receptionist Xiaokong at the front desk is very warm and polite. We originally lived in a single room, but colleagues came later, and Xiao Kong quickly helped us change rooms. Although it was snowing and cold, I felt the enthusiasm of the people in Changsha.

It takes 50 minutes to take the urban subway and is suitable for self-driving😏 The room facilities are very good in all aspects, including decoration, air conditioning, and toiletries. Let’s talk about the shortcomings: Since our family needed to check out early in the morning, we asked the front desk if we could have breakfast in advance when we checked in. The front desk told us that it would only start at 7 o’clock in the morning. So we asked the front desk again, is it okay if we go earlier and have something to eat? The front desk said yes. Who asked you to come in for dinner? We explained the whole thing to him, and he cursed and walked away unhappy. Just because of this, I feel that the service awareness of some staff in this hotel is really a mess! Changsha’s folk customs are fierce! ! ! ! ! ! !

The worst and most outrageous hotel I have ever stayed in! ! ! Who wants to live there without air conditioning and being woken up by the heat in the middle of the night? ! Not as good as other cheaper hotels! ! As soon as you move in, the air conditioner only blows out air but doesn't cool you down! ! After communicating twice, it was said that the main refrigeration gate was closed for maintenance and now it is open! ! As a result, the front desk said that the air conditioner would be turned off at 2 a.m.! ! I woke up from the heat at 4 o'clock in the middle of the night and couldn't fall asleep! ! The indoor temperature is 30 degrees, and even after communicating with the front desk, they didn't open the door! ! Only air, no cooling! ! Does our room rate of RMB 370 not include air conditioning? ? Never heard of it in my life! I was going to stay for 2 nights and canceled immediately! ! When I communicated with the front desk to solve the problem, they looked disdainful and unwilling to solve it! ! Are you saying whether to turn on the air conditioner or not depends on the situation? ? The facilities and environment are also relatively old and there is nothing good about them! ! The worst hotel experience I have experienced after traveling so many times! ! There was no one at the hotel to solve the problem, so I told you to cancel it. It would affect your itinerary and arrangements. I was really angry! !

The experience is not good. There was no hot water early in the morning. After waiting for several hours, the water did not come. When people came, they didn't handle it well. They just said sorry... This is the attitude of dealing with things. I usually stay here often and I didn't expect to deal with things. So sloppy

The hotel was definitely not opened in 2019. The facilities and equipment are old, the carpets are dirty, and the light in the bathroom cannot be turned off (no sleep all night). The hygiene of the room is also terrible, with water stains and hair on the washbasin. The front office and restaurant services are still good.

Shower rooms are a serious life safety hazard‼ ️The glass automatic sliding closing guide rail got stuck while taking a shower. The glass top was airtight and lacked oxygen. There were no tools to smash the glass, and there was no emergency call bell to call for help. There was no handle inside the door. Fortunately, my fingers were thin and I was able to lift the glass through the gap at the bottom. Only when you are on the right track can you be free.
