可能年初疫情剛結束，很多人出來玩。我們辦理入住等了40多分鐘，感覺前台協調不過來。現在吵吵鬧鬧的。給我感覺不太好。酒店前台電話打了也沒有人接聽。想要點洗漱用品，半夜12點多才送過來。

可能就沒考慮到有這麼多人。開個房間卡等了2個小時。工作人員各種懵狀態。要啥沒啥。早餐是我近5年來感覺最被糊弄的一餐。麻煩用點心。

沒見過差的不能再差的酒店，還沒有小縣城一百多酒店住着舒服，這輩子住的最差的酒店。定這家酒店前一定要先看看差評。

前台態度不好（不知道是不是同批的一堆公司團建入住原因）設施陳舊，酒店沙發很臟，工作人員給的解釋是説沉澱的污漬洗不掉………………星級酒店這個樣子讓人很失望

此酒店，外面看高端大氣，走進前台金碧輝煌，本以為400塊能住這麼高檔的酒店真是賺到了。一開房門就是下圖情況☹️☹️☹️因為陽台與其他房間陽台有屋檐連接，可房間通往陽台的玻璃門鎖又是壞的，我一人帶着兩小孩，依然是要門窗緊閉的，可晚上十一點二十多去鎖陽台玻璃門，發現鎖是壞的，打電話給前台反應，説叫客服上來處理，我一等就到十二點了才來弄，等了四十來分鐘，中途我還打電話催了一次😤你們説説，這環境，這衞生，這服務，還頭一次遇見，雖説是400塊一晚，可也不算很便宜吧！

酒店住宿環境不錯，靠近松雅湖，在威尼斯小島上，很安靜。前台小賽服務很好，很細緻，退房很快。客房免費升級，內部設施完善。一樓有小童樂園，很適合家庭出行，帶小孩子進入免費遊玩。還有小型商超可以簡單購物，體驗很好。車場非常大，車位數量多，停車便利。
