Very friendly and so clean. The room was exceptional and bed big and comfortable. We’ve stayed in many hotels and this one is outstanding value for price.

很不錯的一個酒店，入住前加了酒店管家的微信，預約了酒店的接站服務，管家小譚安排了車接站，車內乾淨舒適，到酒店後小譚房間也提前安排好了，準備了空氣凈化器，還送了水果和消毒濕巾，服務真的很貼心，房間乾淨整潔，設施也很完善，服務人員也都很熱情，酒店位置也不錯，旁邊就有地鐵站，出行很方便，下次來長沙還會選擇入住

酒店設施齊全衞生打掃的也很細緻，整體環境還是不錯的簡約大氣，房間有免費MINI吧，入住贈送歡迎水果。酒店有機器人可以送外賣到房間，很方便，退房遺留物品酒店也會及時確認後再處理，前台小方推薦添加管家微信溝通很方便，住的很滿意下次再過來就聯繫他們管家。

酒店整體入住還是很滿意的，酒店停車也很方便，出門就是地鐵口，酒店離植物園也很近，房間設施設備很新，房間空間也很大，服務經理小譚很不錯，入住還送了水果，房間也給做了升級，整體服務也還是很棒的，如果下次過來還會選擇這裏的，住着很舒適。推薦入住。

房間設施：服務設施齊全，是温德姆旗下的五星級酒店。房間佈置的十分合理，面積大寬敞，燈光明暗適宜，配套設施和用品也很好用。 早餐：早餐豐盛各類食品一應具全，吃起來很順口，還有一些當地的特色菜品非常好。 服務：工作人員服務熱情，特別是小余有任何要求都能給予及時的響應，還送貼心小禮物，很不錯。 位置交通：交通位置便捷，酒店離地鐵口比較近，去哪裡都很方便。
