這棟樓是公寓樓，房間很大，樓下是商城，出門就是地鐵沙灣公園站，去長沙南站非常方便。房間電視是個投影的，效果一般，網絡是獨立光纖的，網速較快。

出行很方便，緊鄰地鐵口，管理也很安全，這次一共訂了7間房，有的房間衞生很好，有的房間衞生就不如意，也許是剛遐房還沒來得及搞衞生，後來給房東打過電話後才來搞衞生，總的還算可以的

房間採光不錯，衞生也搞的挺好的，房間旁邊是個醫院，去醫院和出行都非常方便，對於我這個對睡眠質量要求比較高的人來説，感覺可以了，入住過無數次了，酒店的小姐姐們熱情，連保潔阿姨都態度很好，每次入住都體驗不錯，酒店的整個環境服務是不錯的，挺好的離出差的地方很近下次還住，房間乾淨，下次出差還會選擇這裏的，滿意滿意

公寓民宿，傢俱裝修比較老舊，但東西都齊。
中午熱的時候有異味，但晚上氣温下來了就沒有了。
門口有門禁總體還是安全的

住過衞生最差的地方，在其他軟件的評分2.3，我不信邪，果然踩雷了，衹值2.3，衹有一個優點就是離地鐵站近，其他全是缺點，最開始給了一個味道很醜的房間，換了一個房間後，廁所門是壞的，洗手盆是臟的，衞生基本是沒有的，就是公寓變成酒店

我真的不知道怎麼説了，我進去房間衞生沒有搞乾淨，一床的頭髮，冰箱裏麪就散發惡臭，然後廁所眼裡麪還有毛，然後洗衣機也是惡臭，然後全是灰，我住進去那天晚上，在樓下看見房主，我準備出去買東西，他就説？現在就退房啊？我説還沒有，他明擺着就是想要我早點走，第二天早上！他一大早10點樣子！跑房間作死按門鈴！兄弟們！是作死按！然後準備輸密碼進來！我直接説不是12點退房！他就故意説哦哦哦我以為你走了，然後他説12點馬上走！我明明點了延遲退房和提前入住，他任何一項沒有給我辦！而且我10點鐘！他還給我辦了已經退房！等下下個開房的進來怎麼辦？就是説沒房不能提前入住和催促！真的不要在這裏開房！我這輩子住過最差的！沒有之一！
