Langham Place Changsha

This time, I planned to take my kiddo to Xiangjiang Ocean Park🌊 and stayed at Langham. The hotel is very close to the park and offers a free shuttle service🚗, which was super convenient as we had unlimited entries for two days. We could go early, play, come back to the hotel for a rest, and then head back for the evening session. The hotel breakfast was decent. My kid is 117cm, and I was worried about strict height requirements, so I bought her a breakfast coupon, but it turned out to be unnecessary – all the staff were very friendly. The environment is nice, and the cleanliness is good. It's an eco-friendly♻️ hotel🏨, and the front desk staff were also lovely🌹, helping us get kids' slippers and toothbrushes for my little one.

The Langham Changsha is perfect for family trips! The hotel facilities are brand new and comprehensive, with high-quality amenities and a clean, elegant environment. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and kindly. They were also very patient with children. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding ensures a peaceful sleep, and the family-friendly amenities are complete. It's also super convenient for visiting attractions like the Ocean Park and the Grand Circus. Our stay was comfortable, and we had a great time. It's a perfect experience for families with kids, highly recommended!

During the May Day holiday, there were so many guests checking in. The front desk staff suggested we go enjoy ourselves first, and they booked our tickets very promptly. We had a great time! The front desk ladies, Lira, Riya, and Doris, provided excellent service; they were warm and attentive! We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance.

Overall, the experience was pretty good! The hotel is easily accessible by car if you navigate directly to it. The entire Dawangshan resort area, including attractions like the Snow and Ice World, Circus, and Ocean Kingdom, are all quite close to the hotel, within a 3-5 minute walk, which is very convenient. The hygiene and service were standard. We were pleasantly surprised with a welcome snack from Cha Yan and an additional room upgrade! The only minor drawback was the hotel breakfast. The 3rd-floor all-day dining restaurant clearly felt a bit undersized. If the dining area could be further subdivided, with more four-person tables replacing the six-person ones, it might reduce the need for shared tables and improve the overall dining experience. We paid extra for the hotel's dinner buffet, and the salmon was truly unlimited, which was very generous. The complimentary foie gras and abalone were also quite good. I'd recommend trying it!

Extremely satisfied with our stay! Since we traveled during the off-peak season, the hotel allowed us to check in early, which was great for the kids to take their afternoon nap. They also granted us a late check-out. The attention to detail and overall experience were five-star, and the staff provided excellent service. The kids absolutely loved it! We'll definitely be back.
