設施：設施齊全，需要用的日常用品都包含，洗漱用品使用感也不錯
衞生：非常乾淨，進門就能感覺到的整潔，房間配有一次性拖鞋，可以防止交叉感染～也沒有看到有灰塵
環境：就像圖片裏這樣啦，沒有差別，無美顏無濾鏡哈哈，暖光燈讓人感覺很温馨！

特別棒的房間，窗外能看到月湖，視野很好；房間內設施都很乾凈，還有投影儀可以用來看電影，管家服務也很棒，每次來長沙都選擇住這裏～

去長沙看演唱會的，離場館很近，晚上走回來也快。房間乾淨整潔，有小冰箱洗衣機 對帶寶寶的家庭很友好下次有同樣的活動可能還會訂這裏。推薦！

巨差無比 衞生很差 一進門就看到了抽屜裏不知道什麼時候留下的的用過的餐具
服務更差，不要看這家店之前的好評，根本沒有參考價值 ，因為他們換了管理團隊
第一天晚上我就下了第二天續住的訂單，因為有事情要忙凌晨五六點才能睡覺，想睡個好覺，然後第二天十二點多就被敲門聲敲醒😅 剛想下去開門的時候，保潔阿姨直接開門進來了，我當時沒穿衣服，受到了嚴重的驚嚇。然後我發消息問管家，他説阿姨以為我要退房，請問我提前一晚下的訂單他怎麼會以為我要退房?😅説因為我九點多沒回他微信，他們都要確認一遍
毫不誇張的説，我住過幾十家大大小小的酒店民宿，第一次遇到下了續住單還要再確認一遍的，意思是我沒回你就當我沒下單是吧🤣。
事情發生後，店家完全沒有解決問題的意思，一句抱歉跟不好意思也沒有，衹會轉移話題跟推卸責任，説什麼阿姨進之前敲門了，在我續住的情況下，你敲門沒人回就能直接開門進來?不讓客人休息是吧
我受得了極大的驚嚇 一直沒休息好，住了一晚就跑路了，實在不建議大家入住，安全性存疑，推諉扯皮的店家令人印象深刻
