Booked the hotel on Ctrip, the location is convenient, opposite Wanda Plaza, so eating is very convenient. The decoration style of the hotel is simple and elegant, and the room is clean and tidy. During my stay, the hotel staff were warm and thoughtful, responsive to all my requests, and I felt they were cared for in every possible way. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and delicious. In terms of price, I think this hotel is great value for money. Next time I travel to Changshu, I will choose H Hotel

The room was nice and clean. It was just too hot during the two days we were there because the central air-conditioning in the room couldn't adjust the hot and cold conditions. But the service was very good. I called the front desk and they immediately helped prepare a fan for hair drying. Very good! Every employee will take the initiative to say hello when they meet, they are very enthusiastic and proactive. It would be better if the girl checking in at the front desk was more enthusiastic. The specialty noodles for breakfast, mushroom oil noodles, taste great. The only regret is that the swimming pool is not open, it is indeed too busy, which is understandable.

The guest service center proactively contacted us to provide services before we checked in. After learning that my husband and I were commemorating our 20th wedding anniversary this time, we arranged a romantic guest room layout, and later upgraded us to a suite when we checked in. The breakfast and dinner buffets are also rich in variety, and all the staff I met were friendly. This time I checked in in a hurry. Next time I go to Changshu, I will continue to choose Hyatt.

Very satisfied. I remember that this was the Zhonghe World Trade Hotel. Yesterday, I found the name of the hotel on Ctrip. I found out that it was completely overturned and redone. The decoration has been significantly improved by several grades. The various facilities are brand new, especially the quality of the mattress. It’s great, I’m very comfortable to fall asleep, and wake up refreshed. The front desk clerk is very good, polite and decent, and someone serves tea. At first glance, they have been trained according to the standards of a five-star hotel. The price is higher than that of a budget hotel, but for someone like me who has high requirements on business trips and stays, it is excellent value for money.

Quite a new hotel, decor is good, breakfast reasonable, room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The biggest praise is for the staff, they were welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout the 10 days I was a guest, this includes all staff from cleaning staff, breakfast staff and front desk staff. The only improvement I can suggest, is to provide coffee in the rooms, not just tea. (Although not a major issue as there are 2 Starbucks within minutes of the hotel)

Another family-friendly trip~ In one sentence, the hotel is great and I will come back again. Regarding the peak travel during the New Year period, even with the famous name of JAL, my expectations have been somewhat lowered, but the actual experience was great. We moved in on the first day of the new year and were lucky enough to win a Shiba Inu doll in a lottery. Even though it was a gift, it was well made. I was very happy to take it home as a souvenir. The service staff are very nice. You can feel the joy on their faces. The staff will also take the initiative to say hello and try their best to meet their needs. However, because there are so many guests, when enjoying the executive benefits, it is difficult to wait for refreshments to be served. The time is more than an hour, and the executive courtesy time is from 5.30 to 7.30 pm. This time is a bit awkward because it will overlap with the hotel’s buffet dinner time. It would be more reasonable if it could be moved up to 3.30-5.30 pm, because the hotel afternoon Check-in starts at two o'clock, and it's just the right time to have a light snack after the tiring journey. Although the hotel was newly built in 2023, there is no smell in the room. Of course, the room is equipped with an air purifier. The executive room is on a high floor. Although it cannot overlook the full view of Kuncheng Lake, it can still enjoy a partial view of Kuncheng Lake. There are blue skies and white clouds every day these days, and you can lie in a daze all day on the small sofa. The bathroom has standard dry and wet separation, but the fogged glass function is really praised. When it is opened, the need for privacy can be considered, and the fogging can be turned off to allow sunlight to penetrate into the bathroom. I also have to praise the mirror in the bathroom. I have to say that the designer is a ****** about details. I love this thoughtful design. It is very convenient to apply a facial mask when taking a shower. Toto's Norest series for toilets is fast and responsive. The bed is also very comfortable. It is not just soft, but has a thick mattress. The mattress is also very elastic, so turning over will not affect the other half's rest. This experience with JAL cannot be said to be 100 points, but I am willing to give it 90 points, and I am very fond of JAL hotels. I will even give priority to JAL when choosing hotels in the future.

When checking the Changshu Scenic Area Hotel, Ctrip pushed the special room here. I saw the room was good. I placed an order to live. Thank you, the front desk lady, for reserved a river view room. The environment is quiet and relaxing. The surrounding area is very quiet. I like to drive two kilometers. There are many places to eat. Suitable for weekend rest and relaxation. Many outdoor camping on the riverside downstairs are barbecue. Next time you go early, you can set up a hammock on the riverside to blow the river breeze. I placed a few more orders and will go recently.

On a tired evening, I received a special surprise one by one for my birthday cake. However, it was not just a cake, it was more a symbol of the attentive service of the hotel staff, which made me feel extremely warm and caring on this special day of my birthday. Atour staff contacted me after learning of my birthday and asked if I needed them to prepare my birthday cake for me. After confirming my preferences, they promised to do their best to meet my needs. I had no idea they would prepare me this special surprise so carefully. When I returned to my room at night, I saw the birthday cake on the table in my room. And attached a blessing card. This little card touched me deeply because it not only represents Atour's blessing, but also their respect and care for my guest. And that wonderful birthday cake. Later I heard that it was a local private cake, and the hotel staff specially booked a bicycle in advance to buy it in the store. This birthday is one of my most memorable in years, because the hotel staff gave it special meaning. In addition to the birthday surprise, I was impressed with Atour's facilities and services. The room was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, and I was given a full rest every night. Every staff was friendly and welcoming, and they tried their best to meet whatever I asked for. If you share your travel plan in advance, the front desk will arrange suitable and affordable transport with experienced drivers to and from the locations you want to visit. The rooms are diverse, spacious, neatly clean and sufficiently equipped with everything you need during your stay. The restaurant is spacious and provides a wide range and varied breakfast. An extensive lunch and dinner menu is also included. The quality of the food is excellent and their must be a master-cooker in the kitchen. The background music was in harmony of the moment. The staff are friendly, helpful and, above all, caring their guests. It is making a stay at this Pullman hotel particularly enjoyable. This hotel manages to continue to guarantee health and hygiene, without you as a guest experiencing any inconvenience. All staff deserve appreciation.
