It is a really great place to take your fur baby and relax for a few days. The staff if really helpful, great spot and it was an overall great experience.

入住：專人接應，熱情周到，添加微信後會把服務事項一一發送至手機，包括WiFi密碼/早餐時間/周邊推薦餐廳/周邊推薦景點等等，響應及時，幾乎有求必應。
房間：智能馬桶，酒店logo定製洗護用品，mini吧免費，晚安甜羹（餐廳食用），提供枕頭菜單，熱水及時出水大，空調製熱快且配備全屋地暖。
服務：從入住接駁到帶引房間以及保潔人員，均熱情友好。
餐飲：早餐豐盛，兼具地方特色，無論自助還是零點，菜品質量不錯，口味很好，偏清淡系。
外賣問題：可點外賣，備註好房間號，酒店工作人員會幫忙送至房間。
關於寵物：對寵物超級友好的酒店。酒店隨處可見方便寵主拾取狗狗糞便的收納袋樁，還有狗狗專享早餐。
此次由於時間關係，衹逗留了一晚。還好趕上了週末的篝火晚會。希望酒店秉承初心，自始至終服務至上。

這真是一次完美的週末之旅，花間堂的服務可以説是我住過的酒店裡麪最好的，不僅對人很友好對寵物更友好，出行前一天就接到酒店前台的電話加了微信之後就把整個長興值得打卡的景點和飯店推薦給了我，省時省力又省心，早上更是貼心的給狗狗準備了愛心早餐，晚上有晚安湯，早上自助早餐幹挑麪和小混沌很好吃，吃完早飯帶狗狗在酒店草坪撒歡，整個住宿體驗都很好，最值得一提的是在酒店的時候想喝咖啡聯繫了前台小哥哥，沒有二話馬上給我送來，而且是免費的，退房時送了伴手禮，這麼好的服務下次如果再去長興沒有不選擇的道理，特別是養狗狗的是不二選擇，明年我們再見哦！

寵物友好酒店都是好酒店 ！酒店邊上就有大草坪小水壩給毛孩子玩 入住期間還有給娃參與的撿金幣換禮物活動 除了小童樂園可以再大一點 酒店餐廳味道也很棒 服務人員也超級給力

酒店位置優越，環境真的是太好了，有山有水，房間很寬敞，採光也很不錯。工作人員服務很到位，有求必應。小孩子玩的很開心，下次還會再入住。

這家顛覆了以往我對花間堂房間小和偏pink風格裝修的印象。選址也很好，背靠青山、面對一片開闊的溪水和綠地。入住沐風雙床房，自帶院子聽雨喝茶發呆。服務略有點青澀，但是配備的巴馬鉑泉水、免費mini吧以及水果、眼罩和小朋友禮品袋等都呈現了誠意。
另外由於颱風煙花剛過，抵達那天衹有我們一間，2天的晚餐都在酒店內用，菜品目前選擇不多但是口味還不錯、服務小姐姐還主動給住店客人金卡折扣。送到房間下午茶還蠻好吃的、衹是咖啡衹有美式；晚安甜品需要自己去大堂用，這點希望酒店在辦理入住時可以先告知客人時間和方式，以免一會一個電話，略有點麻煩。入住期間整體感覺都很好，新開業磨合期的不足，吳經理也及時予以處理和解決，期待2期的文娛項目落成後再來入住體驗。
