【退房投訴】
早上九點退房，各種方法怎麼樣都找不到人，等了半個小時才來人，給我的回覆是吃早飯去了，因為入住還要繳納按金！
【服務投訴】
晚上點了外賣，不肯讓送餐的人上樓，已經和他們説的很清楚是衣服剛洗掉了還沒幹，不能光着身子取。前台也不樂意幫忙送上來，太扯淡了！
【總結】
非常不愉快的一次入住！

哎，這次入住的體驗感一點都不好，挺着大肚子開了將近3小時的車，來到這邊祭奠，想好好休息一下，結果看了房間嚇一跳，1.房間枕套使用過的2.被子掀開有蜘蛛3.空調不製冷，訂的2間房間都是，好不容易睡着樂被熱醒，4.房間還有做房遺留下來的抹布，5.到房間來解決問題的服務員態度極差，空調壞了，修了將近半個小時，説是閥門鬆動造成的，一間房間可能會這樣，我們是3間房間都是這樣（其中一間是換房），忽悠我嗎？明顯就是查房不到位，我是做酒店房務管理的，把我們當**看嗎？房間裏放的都是華美達的東西，下次情願去華美達住，總體來説，絕對不推薦這家
