Great location and easy parking. Hotel is a little dated and the walls are paper thin. Could hear everything in halls and outside. Toilet kept making this loud running sound every few min which got super annoying. Comfortable bed and everything I needed though.

Bar was nice, garage was convenient. We had a room across the river which was nice. My girl liked the tub, bed was nice with good pillows. Was a nice stay.

Some of the front desk staff was extremely rude when handling a reservation issue. Instead of helping, they just repeatedly told the customer that they were wrong, even though they were not. The room smelled like garbage. The amenities were nice and the location was great.

The hotel was conveniently located in terms of walking distance to shops and restaurants. The facility was clean and quiet for the most part. The pool was a little cold and the water a bit cloudy. Since I booked through *******, I was unable to apply any of the discounts (AAA, AARP) that may have qualified. I know that is not the hotels policy but perhaps a discount on parking or meals could have been offered.

Great plus, crappy AC It was nice and very convenient location, my only problem is the air conditioner in the room did not work. Our room stayed at 75° and the next morning when we grabbed our daughters duffle bag of clothes, it was soaked from the AC leaking
