Upon check in I was delighted with the hotel. After entering my room, Everything was disappointing from there on and I am so upset I just spent that kind of money on this hotel. I am happy to submit the view from our hotel room which was awful, the shower didn’t work and it remained 75 degrees the entire time in the room. All of that was fine and I kept quiet however, upon check out, I kindly asked as a Bonvoy member if they would be as to kindly allow me a 1pm check out as our flight was delayed from the snow up north. I was given until 12 and told I just return my key to the desk as if I was not trusted. One hour for my time and money seemed like an easy ask but the women at the front desk could not afford me that opportunity. Really a bad name for a Marriott property and something I have never experienced. We went out to find another hotel as our flight was cancelled and decided to give our money to a different hotel with the kindness and appreciation.
