Probably the best customer service experience I’ve had in years. The airline had put the wrong tag on one of my bags and sent it to the wrong city. The one suitcase I had only had dirty laundry. I arrived at night with meetings the next day. I had no cash on me and the lady at the counter helped me scrounge/donated the $4 in quarters I’d need to do a load of laundry (wash and dry) and gave me free detergent. They didn’t have to do that but they went out of their way to take care of me. I was so grateful. Clean room too and breakfast was solid, but it was their commitment to take care of me which shined.

Our key card didn't work initially. I went to the front desk, and the key was reactivated. However, the key still didn't work. I returned to the front desk for another key, and we eventually entered our room. The room was clean, and the bed slept well. The staff was friendly.

One night stay to be near the airport. Clean and very friendly staff. A good place to stay except it was noisy. It’s in a flight path right below take off. We also wanted to park the car. The per week rate was $70. To me this is steep and painful. Parking for three weeks cost us an extra $210. My bad, but be aware if you want to park your car until you return.

For what it is, a hotel to stay at when you have a layover at CLT– it is fine. I really appreciate their airport shuttle. And the staff were all quite kind. In the morning they have a small continental breakfast which is appreciated before getting back on the airport shuttle for another flight. Personally, I felt that the rooms did not match the photos. It was a bit of a catfish however, the rooms themselves were fine and met our needs for one night. I would definitely say this is a three star hotel, but again fine for an overnight sleep. Unfortunately, there was a disturbance in the hallway around 4 AM on the night of my stay, and after the yelling in the hallway, it was hard to go back to sleep – but this is, of course, no fault of the property. Given the warmth of the staff, and the airport shuttle, I would consider staying here again.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. Looked like recently upgraded. Location a bit difficult to find. Hair dryer difficult to keep working. Complimentary soap, shampoo etc which was nice. Am improvement may be to offer lotion as well.

LaTiesha made our stay. Her bright, friendly welcome and general helpfulness were an unexpected though much appreciated. Ashley also assisted and brought a much needed duvet to our traveling companions in 218. Overall this was a wonderful end to a lovely vacation. Thank you so much

The hotel itself is average and could use some updating, but where it really shines is in its customer service. Linda and Leticia were on duty when we arrived and could not have been nicer. Michael drove us to the airport the next day and he was excellent as well. I hope the manager knows what good employees they have and appreciate their efforts. This kind of service is few and far between these days.

We had a 12 hour layover, so we just needed a hotel for the night. Thanks to the hotel staff, our short stay went as smoothly as we ever could have hoped for. The staff members at the reception desk as well as the shuttle drivers from and back to the airport were very all friendly, helpful and efficient.
