There was hair and dust on the floor, and the linen was dirty, just like the one in the picture. There was a couple who checked in together. After discovering that there was something wrong with the linen, I called the front desk. I went out to the corridor to have a look, and another couple also called. The phone was also a problem with the linen. They had hair in the linen. They changed two sets and found it in both sets!
