Internet was terrible; tv had "no signal" entire stay. Service in the bar was painfully slow. Housekeeping was non-existent.

I had a great time with my stay at Hyatt House and would return again in the near future. The only downfall from my stay was a incident with the men’s restroom in the lounge are that needed some immediate attention and it wasn’t taken care of or there wasn’t any housekeeping available on the evening of of the 19th and the night front desk manager didn’t seem like she wasn’t to concerned after being told about it. The men’s room was in an unsatisfactory manner and unusable at the time. I would like to say that the bartender Karen was outstanding at her job while doing two to three things at a time and serving customers as well. She needs some help on weekends and especially on basketball or any type of function nights at the Spectrum.

Everything was great, except there was no bar. I like a hotel bar. Granted I felt better this morning, but yeah, as long as there isn't a bar I won't stay there again!

Bad part of town rats outside the hotel one of the reasons we chose this hotel was because they had an inside restaurant and bar but they informed us it was closed for several days. That really made me mad cause after driving all day I just wanted to get something to eat and go to bed and now we had to find someplace to eat out. Plus seeing the rats outside really tore it

A really hotel in downtown Charlotte, right next to the Spectrum Center. The room was super nice and breakfast was better then fhe average hotel breakfast. Overall, a great place to stay. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service. This hotel is conveniently located right next to the spectrum center. We did not need to drive anywhere after arriving. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The room rate is very reasonable considering it’s location downtown.
