I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel, the staff was really friendly especially the morning shift. There are a couple of things that could have been better in the room such as the water pressure and the cleanliness under the bed and couches. But overall it was a very good experience and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay. The best plus was that they have the washing machine inside the room.

The hotel host where very rude. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the place was unclean, we had to go out and get products to clean the room. We stayed and it was a fire, someone was cooking and their room caught fire. We had to evaluate our room at 11pm. I will never stay at this property again.

This was a good stay the soap dish in the shower was dirty and the toilet seat looked a little dirty as well but overall it was good stay the room was very cozy and it really felt like home

This hotel is beautiful. It's clean and quite. Very peaceful and the girl at the front desk is extremely nice and helpful. They have decent pricing for a short term stay. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Charlotte. I think this is where I'll be staying whenever I visit.

The property wasn't clean. Our room though spacious was dirty. The furniture was completely stained and we didn't feel comfortable to sit on it. The floors needed to be sweeped and mopped. We were on the third floor and hardly got any sleep from the constant nosie upstairs. There were no waste baskets in the bathrooms and no handsoap either. I spoke with the lady at the front desk and all she said was, "I'm sorry."

The Water Walk is a live/stay experience that was mostly positive. The desk personnel was very friendly and helpful. The price was certainly right and the unit was spacious and clean. It is more like an apartment building than a hotel, with no surrounding restaurants or shops. It's in a lovely area, if a bit secluded. We enjoyed the suite that we had.

The suite itself is great, the only problem I had was that this property accepts pets. Nothing wrong with pets, but when their owners leave them in the room and barks for HOURS in the morning is where I had a problem. You tell staff and it’s like nothing they can do, which I think they should contact the owners. Other than that it was a ok stay

Never heard of this hotel. I took the risk and Im glad I picked it.. Clean, spacious. My only hiccup was the shower was slow-draining. I do recommend this place. Not far at all from Carowinds.
