"The breakfast was great, and they even gave us a little gift bag when we checked out. The noodles were absolutely delicious; my daughter finished them all. The front desk staff were very attentive. The little robot did its job well, and they delivered our takeout right to the room. My only minor complaint is that the room didn't have a mini-fridge."

"This hotel really exceeded my expectations! The room decor is simple yet elegant, with a natural wood design complemented by fluted glass, giving it a premium feel. The central air conditioning provides a comfortable breeze and is very quiet. The breakfast selection is extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. The fried eggs, fruit, and hot congee were all high-quality and very satisfying. The crayfish I ordered in the evening was also excellent – eating it while watching a show was a fantastic experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful, handling every detail wonderfully. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The service was excellent and very responsive to our needs. Staying inside the scenic area meant free parking, which was super convenient for exploring by car. The environment in the scenic area is very retro, with lots of performances, and all the entrance tickets were included – such great value for money! The hotel's front desk staff, dressed in traditional 'landlady' outfits, were incredibly enthusiastic and helped us plan our itinerary perfectly. We saw and did everything we wanted to. The night view was truly beautiful too!"

"This hotel is amazing! Even though it's a bit older, everything about it is so comfortable. They proactively upgraded my room, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. The hotel's location is super convenient for visiting Qin Palace, Qingming Shanghe Tu, and Dream Valley. I highly recommend getting the hotel package, as it allows for multiple entries to the parks. The staff are incredibly service-oriented, always eager and patient to help guests with any issues. You can use their washing machines and dry clothes on the rooftop, and they even store refrigerated food and fruit for you. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies."

"The best hotel in Dongyang at present! The front desk service was very good and the check-in was very fast and was even taken to the elevator. The room was also very clean! The management staff are very enthusiastic. There was something left after check-out, so Manager Yu contacted me immediately! Very satisfied with this 👍I will go there next time"

"I was very satisfied with this hotel. It definitely lives up to its high ratings. First off, the check-in experience was excellent; the staff were all very enthusiastic and highly responsive to guest requests, even upgrading our room type. The room was clean, tidy, had a great view, and was spacious. Service and feedback were incredibly prompt and efficient; they practically granted every request. We even received a welcome gift upon arrival. Every evening when we returned, the front desk staff would warmly greet us, which was a really thoughtful touch. I've already recommended it to friends who are checking in in the next couple of days. Although the hotel's front desk isn't large, they do a great job with cultural integration, providing small daily essentials for guests, creating a very thoughtful and welcoming atmosphere!"

"Great location, right next to Qin Palace, and parking is convenient. Our room had a direct view of Qin Palace, and the night view was especially beautiful. The front desk service was excellent; we arrived in the morning and were able to check in early, which was a pleasant surprise."

"實事求是評價：定的親子房 1. 地理位置 ： 還不錯，橫店站出來打車大概15-18分鐘能到，到各個景點也比較近，到明清宮苑打車大概7-8分鐘，到秦王宮大概12-13分鐘。 2.前台服務：很熱情（接待的小沈），給孩子打了爆米花，也送了水果，梳洗拖鞋等前台會讓機器人送上來，瓶裝水也是管夠的，去景區前提醒我們拿2瓶帶走 3.房間：空間還可以，還有小朋友的的積木，但不知道是不是應為是24年新開的，開門進去有一點點味道。乾淨還算乾淨的 電視是投屏，但是光線強的話反而有點模糊，對小朋友看其實不太友好。還有個不太滿意的是浴室的水温，不是恆温的，需要自己調，但是調了又一會冷一會太燙，小朋友洗澡不太友好。 4.早餐：不甚滿意，比較簡陋。衹有2種稀飯，現下的第一天衹有面，第二天衹有粉幹，其他都沒有。也沒有任何一些西式的麪包咖啡什麼的，飲品衹有豆漿牛奶 總的來説感覺不太符合一天800的價值，可能平常的價格會相對來説更值一點吧"
