"My stay at Atour Hotel far exceeded my expectations, and I genuinely feel it was worth every penny! Firstly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. From the front desk reception to the room service, everyone was warm and attentive, making me feel right at home. Breakfast was a major highlight, with an astonishing variety of options – not only Chinese congee, noodles, and dim sum, but also freshly cooked noodles, Western bread, salads, and fresh fruit. Even freshly ground coffee was available. Every bite was truly satisfying. The pillows and mattress in the room were an extra bonus. The memory foam pillow offered just the right amount of support, and the mattress was perfectly firm yet soft, allowing me to fully relax and sleep soundly until morning. The room was also fully equipped with amenities, from the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash set to disposable razors, cotton swabs, a care kit, and even earplugs. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I was very pleased. Considering the location, service quality, and facilities, the sleep and breakfast experience at this price point were truly exceptional. It's excellent value for money. I will definitely choose Atour again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone who prioritizes sleep quality and a good breakfast!"

"Late check-out at 14:00: This stay was very satisfactory. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, the overall decoration style is very stylish, and it makes people feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as they enter the door. The facilities are also very complete, the bedding in the room is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is fast, and the water pressure is sufficient. The service attitude is worth boasting separately. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is high. The aunt in the room will take the initiative to smile and say hello when she encounters it. The sanitation is very meticulous, the corners and corners are very clean, the sheets and quilt cover can smell a fresh washing smell, and the living is very safe. The most plus point is that the hotel supports late check-out, you don't have to rush to pack your luggage at noon, you can sleep leisurely and go back to the cage. The overall price is very high, and this one will be preferred next time."

"I was mentally prepared, but I have to admit there was a slight letdown when I actually checked in. It was quite different from the hotels I usually stay at. The entire Guangzhou Street scenic area felt relatively deserted, and several of the NPCs seemed really bored and unengaged. My first impression was that I had checked into a place that was 'newly built but lacking historical charm.' The hotel amenities were probably on par with a budget hotel, but considering the price also included two admission tickets, I couldn't really ask for more. The breakfast was a relative bright spot. The freshly made xiaolongbao and wontons were pretty good. Thankfully, the Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival was still a lot of fun. My trip to Hengdian was mainly characterized by mediocre accommodation and extremely poor food."

"Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies."

"First off, I have to say, the location of Guibinlou is fantastic. It's so convenient to get anywhere, especially popular spots like Qin Palace, Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, and Dream Valley (the water park is open now and super lively!). Secondly, the hotel staff are all wonderful. I brought some traditional Chinese medicine with me this trip, and they let me store it in their fridge. All I had to do was make a call each day, and they'd bring it to my room, which was incredibly convenient! Also, the welcome fruit that came with the package included vouchers, so you could pick them up in the lobby daily – the kids loved it! And speaking of breakfast, theirs is actually pretty good. They have mini bread perfect for little ones and, of course, their favorite candies 🍬. On a side note, there's a small gate within the hotel that leads directly to Dream Valley, cutting down on travel time, which is super handy!"

"I booked a room at Holiday Inn expecting a comfortable stay and the usual quality associated with the brand. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation works inside the building as well as on the front and back exterior. Although I was told the construction noise would be limited to 9 AM–9 PM, I was woken up by renovation work at 6:04 AM on my first morning. Even on the 8th floor, there was noticeable noise, dust, and construction activity. The location is good and the staff were very kind, but I would not recommend staying here while the renovations are ongoing. Guests should be clearly informed about the extent of the construction before booking."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was bright, clean, and tidy. Breakfast offered a great selection. The hotel is conveniently located just 3.6 km from attractions like Qin Palace and Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, and about 2 km from Ming and Qing Palace and Guangzhou Street/Hong Kong Street Scenic Area, making it easy to get around! I also recommend the Yimiao Street Hong Kong-style tea restaurant next door; the food is delicious."

"This hotel offers great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean and well-arranged. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and enthusiastically recommended sightseeing routes, which saved us a lot of time. Our entire experience was excellent. The hotel has its own parking lot, and there's a hundred-meter flower wall nearby, perfect for photos. The location is superb, very close to the attractions we wanted to visit, and we could just walk there. I genuinely recommend it!"

"When visiting Hengdian, hotel prices near the scenic area are relatively high, so I chose to stay in Dongyang city center. It's about a 30-minute drive to Hengdian, making it very cost-effective. There's a parking lot outside the hotel with about 10-20 spaces, which is convenient for those driving. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was efficient; I had originally booked two adjacent rooms, but they weren't fully cleaned when I arrived in the afternoon. The front desk registered the room numbers and told me to check in later that evening. When I returned that evening, the original rooms had been reassigned, and the hotel proactively upgraded our room free of charge. Their service was excellent, and overall, I was satisfied with the experience."
