LAN'S Hotel (Kuanzhai Alley, Chengdu)

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped store our luggage for free. We came back to stay again, and they even upgraded our room, which was really nice and good.

The front desk staff provided excellent service, and we were able to extend our check-out time. The cinema room didn't have windows, but it had a fresh air system for the AC. It came with a projector screen and was a very spacious room. The table was also quite good.

Excellent hotel! The room was great, and they offer free luggage storage. There's a very cute panda in the lobby, and you can grab complimentary bottled water on the first floor.

The hotel reception offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient. It's also easy to catch a bus, subway, or taxi right outside. The hotel is near Fuchin Station on Line 5. And yes, the front desk provides free luggage storage and late check-out.

The hotel's location is super practical, making it easy to grab a bite and get around. The overall vibe is relaxed, so you don't feel constrained. It's also really close to all the nearby attractions, which is a big plus!

This was my second stay at this hotel, and overall, the environment and service are really good. There's complimentary bottled water available at the front desk. They even helped me with a late check-out. They also offer umbrella rentals on rainy days, which is a great touch. Highly recommended!

This hotel was conveniently located for my travels with friends. We had an early start, and the hotel staff thoughtfully prepared bread and milk for us, which was a lovely touch.
