大廳地毯黑黢黢的感覺沒洗過所有垃圾桶看着都臟...前台服務人員冷漠...反饋衞生間有味道..

環境很好，有健身房，硬件配置齊全。房間大且乾淨，應該帶了小孩還特意為我們配備了空氣凈化器，前台和客房服務員都很熱情，服務態度很好也很貼心。晚上還有冰粉，銀耳湯，晚安牛奶🥛 還安排了泡腳。我們晚上很晚回房打電話到前台，幫我們準備好了所有送上門，睡前又打電話去要薄的被套，都是很熱情的送上門。特別好的體驗感！
