4.2/ 5Very GoodThe room is large and well equipped. It was quite warm though and the heating did not seem to be well controlled by the thermostat. The breakfast choice is good but there is not enough seating for the peak time. There was also a long wait for the lift on a couple of occasions. Weirdly the hotel is not recognized on DIDI and I found I had to specify the Crowne Plaze lobby, next door, for pick up or destination.

I said in advance to issue the invoice when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, the front desk staff could not find the invoice, and then waited for another invoice. I felt that the handover work was really lacking and needs to be improved.

Excellent customer service. Great gym and pool facilities. A/C was a welcome amenity that was a rare find. The breakfast was very well prepared and recommended.
