謹慎入住下圖房間，301 房間。蟑螂出沒。在衞生間封條裏有幾衹大的，在房間裏面隨機出沒幼崽。
設施：原本訂的另外一間房5 晚，是 302， 投影儀壞了入住前沒告知，入住後提出問題説升級房間。就是 301， 接受了，結果當天晚上發現廁所玻璃防水條裏的蟑螂，以為死的告知負責人，説第二天叫阿姨打掃。結果第三天問阿姨説，沒有看到。圖片都發了，還能沒看到。然後早上起來發現書包上都爬蟑螂了。故要求再換，可以降低，沒有投影也可以但是滿房了。第四天才又回到 302。結果，晚上七點左右突然斷電了，是加裝的插卡取電控件導致的，當天肯定沒法處理了。雖然電力恢復，但是插卡的地方一直在響和不確定會不會再出問題。衹發了紅包安慰，還得自己找地方住。。
衞生：有蟑螂，謹慎入住
環境：在三樓，樓下有餐館，下水道有異味。
服務：衹能説有迴應，但是迴應內容不解決問題。

衞生：床鋪枕頭髮黃沙發下面還有上一位客人的拖鞋，衞生沒有收拾乾淨地上有煙灰
設施：床是爛的，投屏到一半就斷了，wifi信號不好，熱水器一直在滴水，桌子下面有一個爛的凳子
環境：物品擺件都在櫃子裏，和圖片不符，一進去房間有很大的煙味，很悶，隔音效果也不好，桌子上面的布和沙發套看起來就很臟
